Hey friends,
I always seem to hear doubt framed as a wrestling match between it and faith. The problem with that framing is that it positions doubt in a pejorative light. But we should not demonize doubt. In fact, I’ve found it to be a doorway through which God has, in fact, deepened my faith. In this episode, I’m sharing a five simple suggestions to help you learn to respond to the invitations of Jesus present within your seasons of doubt. I pray it’s helpful!

Hey Friends,
Welcome back to The Lighthouse Podcast. There are so many meaningful ways to invest in your relationship with God.
There are obvious things like prayer, community, and meditating on Scripture. If you want to get real serious there are retreats, seminars, and conferences.
And while I’ve found immense value in all these things and more, I want to propose another.
I believe there may be no more significant investment many of us can make in our spiritual lives than therapy.
That may surprise you because we don’t commonly think of therapy as a spiritual practice. But I think there are at least four ways that therapy can deepen your experience of relationship with God.
We’re talking about this and more in this week’s episode called, “Embracing The Couch: Therapy as a spiritual practice (P1).”
Let’s reach as many people as possible. If you’ve enjoyed this episode, share it with a friend, or on your social media platforms.

Hey Friends,
Welcome to The Lighthouse Podcast. This week, we’re reflecting on an invitation from Ecclesiastes 9, set against the uncomfortable and sobering backdrop of death. Because life is so fragile, the Teacher of Ecclesiastes invites us to enjoy as much of life as possible. The question is, how? How do we enjoy more of life when so much of our experience is unenjoyable? Listen in and let’s learn how together.
As always, if you enjoy this episode, share it with a friend!
