Fear: Facing the Monster Underneath Your Desk: Fear of Abundance
You weren't meant to live a life of lack and struggle!
Far too often, we can't settle into living a life of abundance because we're not worthy of having them, because of whatever decisions we may have made because of wherever we come from in our lives, or because of whatever people have spoken over us.
That was my story...when abundance showed up at my doorstep, I was scared to death of it because it couldn't be for me, it's got the wrong address on it, return it back to sender.

Things may go a little left for you this week, HOWEVER, you have to make a decision on how you are going to move FORWARD in those moments!
Fear of Failure has a way of sneaking up on you...watch out for these signs of it creeping up on you this week:

๐ฃSelf-Sabotage, you will unconsciously set yourself to FAIL
๐ฃLack of Follow Through
๐ฃFeelings of low self-esteem, lack of confidence, fear of disappointment, frustration, anger, sadness, confusion, anger, and/or shame

Newsflash: The only Person that You Need to Please is You!
Hello I'm Kisha, and I'm a recovering "People-Pleaser"!
Really, I am!
For years, throughout both my personal and professional life, I found myself as the saying goes "setting myself on fire ๐ฅ, to keep someone else warm!"
I found myself constantly saying "YES", when the answer should have been no!
I found myself constantly putting myself and my needs on the below those of others!
I found myself constantly looking for the validation and approval from others, especially those that I reported to or deemed as an "authority"!
I also would walk around with a great sense of guilt if I didn't "please" or "live up to" this so called standard!
Those were some of the hardest years of my life, and quite frankly were actually some of the most damaging to my career and personal life.

How Playing it Safe is Stunting Your Growth
I got ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ and ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ in one of my roles...
So safe in fact, that it actually stunted my growth, and to make it so bad I didn't even see it happening!
In my case, it was easier to play it safe, than to take the leap and jump into unfamiliar "waters"...It was easier to deal with the "devil that I did know, rather than the devil that I didn't know."...But where did that get me...๐ฆ๐ง๐จ๐๐, ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐!
