Are you curious why someone would become a life coach? Everyone's path is different. Here's what mine looked like.
From a bachelor's degree in Economics to life coach. Not really a career path that makes immediate sense. Connect with me on LinkedIn and let's talk about career leaps that seem way out of bounds are actually in total alignment with purpose.

Authenticity is not as easy as "just be yourself". It can be hard to pinpoint or nail down. When you experience authenticity at play though, that's undeniable.
Over the last 3 years, I've developed a proven framework of Authenticity that I call "The Muse's Journey". It's for the muse who wants to do it her/his/their own way. It's a starting point of creating a way that works for you. Think of 5 A's.

What's the top reason (or maybe excuse) people have for not practicing self-care? Time, money, energy are usually the top three. You're busy! I get it. And you still need to take care of yourself.
In this episode you'll get my secret to making time for highly efficient self-care. The kind that gives you exactly what you need, sustains you for a while, and motivates you to make time for more. And you'll be better for it!

Do you play with the stars and planets, archetypes and symbols, personalities and psychology?
I've loved Astrology since I was a pre-teen. Secretly reading the horoscopes of my friend's mom's Cosmopolitan magazines. Since then, my interest and knowledge of Astrology has deepened.
It's so much fun and I just want to share that with you here.

Do you ever catch yourself staring at a beautiful person? Like wide-eyed, slack-jawed, stopped in your tracks, in awe and admiration?

What creative aspirations do you have perched up on a pedestal? How might that be separating you from actually doing the thing? What would it feel like to bring it closer?
I invited Kathleen Yamazaki for a conversation about letting go to grow. She's a muse and friend, fabric artist and mother, bird lover and writer. You'll be inspired by her insights and fall in love with this way of inviting your creativity.

Authenticity has become one of the buzziest of buzz words. Yet it means so much more than a trend. That thought both delights and worries me!
In this episode, I hope to prevent our beloved "authenticity" from becoming a meaningless word. I share what authenticity means to great thinkers and artists, the dictionary, the etymology, and we pull it all together to create meaning for ourselves.
After all, nothing has meaning until we make it mean something.
So what does authenticity mean to you? Tell me in the DMs on Instagram @karenchoi.co. -
Come for a walk with me. I'm living on the wild side of podcasting and taking our audio outside! Gasp. Yes, the courage to experiment, do different, take risks, see what happens. It's live and in action. Pardon the passing garbage trucks.

I have a theory based on a study of the Wisdom of Crowds. To me, it is evidence that shows we need to engagement of our global, full human collective. Everyone's voice must be heard. Authenticity and Inclusion will save our world.
Grand isn't it? I believe it's possible in the smallest to greatest of ways. It's our collective challenge and calling. Listen and let me know what you think! I love hearing from you in my DMs on Instagram @karenchoi.co.

Do you have self-care fatigue? I'm quite frankly rather bored if not straight up over the term. So I offer an alternative in secret muse fashion. Make space for yourself.
Listen to this episode for a reminder of what makes you a muse, and why making space for yourself is the better way. You'll also hear four ways that I make space. It's kind of my favourite thing to do right now.

You want to show up confident without being too egotistical. Does that conundrum sound familiar? Because so many of us are encouraged, if not threatened to stay small and meek. Don't let your head get too big. The higher you climb, the harder you fall. Gosh, we're afraid to be confident. And that actually leads to us showing up with a lot of ego.
Listen to this episode for my take on the differences, how to spot when you're in which zone, and what to do to bring you back to confidence. Plus there's a dog analogy for the dog lovers.
