For our final instalment I'm joined old school friend Callum (once a very insufferable United fan, not so much these days) and Jack, one of a handful of visitors to us here in Australia.
A massive thanks to both the lads for coming along, in addition to everyone who has listened and participated. It does prove, despite socially distancing, football can bring us together and keep us together.

City score four and win both of these matches yet only had cause to celebrate one of them. First, Will Turbett (fellow Goon of the Tough Guy Book Club) and I head down memory lane to relive a goalkeeping masterclass from Pat Jennings, as Neil Young and co ran riot on the snow, in City's Championship winning year.
In Part 2 we fast forward to a spring night in Manchester, a barmy evening and an even barmier game. The most insane twenty five minutes of football in modern history, where VAR breaks the hearts of the City faithful.

We are back after an impromptu mid season break. This time out it's not a work connection (the name was never that serious anyway) but my old man, who helps us relive one of the most exhilarating days in Manchester City's history. Typical City!

Biggest of weeks this week. Not only is football back (The K League kicked off in Korea and it ain't half bad) but we've gone international. Wongi, friend and colleague, joins us to give the low down on round one and a look forward to round two. For the main event it's the £20m game, and Zola's last too. The bloke who brought me to Australia in the first place joins us. In my current job I was left big boots to fill (literally....my predecessor, who also guests, left his puma kings under the desk). It's Chris and Paul dissecting the game. Awwww...football friends!

Shocking set piece defending, a great midfield battle and goals a plenty. Lee and Richard join Danny for our second instalment

In the first of the quarantine project series, Bury born adopted Melburnian Lee Graham joins me. We reflect on the first match up on English soil between our birth country and our current place of residence.
How good are those 'Straya kits? Not to mention the number for the font? Who says 90's football was the golden era of the game?
NB. There's a little clicking of the metronome in the early part of the recording. Hang in there, it does drop off after a couple of minutes.
