Markets can change quickly. Interest rates are going up, bank criteria are getting tougher, KiwiSaver balances are dropping and more properties are coming on the market every day. All these factors influence what buyers are prepared to pay for your home. As a seller, it's important to keep reflecting on what price you are expecting to understand if it's still in line with current market conditions.

This is an interview with Edwin Rakanui from Biglifemindset.com.
We introduce the concept of self-efficacy: What it is, why you need to know about it and most importantly, how you can improve it.
Developing a strong sense of self-efficacy can play an important role in almost every aspect of your life. Life is full of challenges and high levels of self-efficacy can help you better deal with these difficulties more effectively. Your belief in your abilities can predict how motivated you feel, how you feel about yourself, and the amount of effort you put into achieving your goals.

In the aftermath of the Global Financial Crisis (our last big recession), I stumbled upon a marketing strategy which unlocked consistent real estate commission income and a never-ending supply of listing opportunities. With zero cold-calling or knocking on doors.
This episode talks you through exactly how I did it.
This strategy is perfectly suited for a world with Covid-19 and it can work for any kind of sales-based business (not just real estate).
It's called content marketing, and when used correctly, it allows you to build a referral-based business where you don't need to go out and find potential clients. They'll come to you.
