Thanks for listening.

Hey everyone, thanks for sticking by us on this run (if, indeed, you have stuck by us. if not, I hardly blame you).
This is the penultimate episode. Due to popular demand, our last episode will be covering The Husbands Of River Song (I think that's the name and I'm not going to look it up for fear of spoilers), which Jaime has already vetted and decided is pretty fun.
I appreciate you all. -
Manglende episoder?
-
This is it. This is the episode where I finally admit...I just don't like Doctor Who.
-
Greetings, lovely listeners! This week Jaime and I are bringing you a double-up because it was recommended that we just find a way to get through this season. So here we are!
In the first episode, people are being turned 2-dimensional (not such a change for this show, eh? Badum-tissss) and in the second episode, the trees are trying to save us. AS USUAL.
Thanks for listening, and we will see you next week with 2 more episodes! -
Alright, well, this episode isn't quite as bad as the last one, but it's also not super great. It suffers from the same problem so many Doctor Who episodes seem to, where there's an amazing premise with a great set piece, and somehow it's all squandered.
Also, I think you all might have broken Jaime. -
Well. That happened.

Happy Thursday, campers, and welcome to the next episode of Doctor Who! In this episode, I'll be honest, Jaime and I barely talk about the plot at all. We're way too distracted with what a total dick the Doctor is being, and the fact that Clara is just...letting it happen. Also, Jaime tells me about the fan opinions that were circulating at the time of this episode's airing, and I find myself surprised that people had such strong opinions to Danny Pink.
Thanks again to you all for listening, and we will see you next week with a new episode! -
Hello and Happy March to all my beauties out there!
This episode is the one where a lady has cloned herself because she understands the meaning "if you want it done right you need to do it yourself" . There's also a terrible mind-reading monster who eats minds...except that maybe he's not terrible after all? And maybe he doesn't want to eat minds either?
Actually, I would like you all to weight in on that latter part.
Thank you all so much for listening, and we will see you again soon with a new episode! -
FYI- due to a scheduling screwup on my part, there will be no episode od Doctor Who next week. It's completely my fault. I'm sorry.
This episode is one in which the Doctor deals with a long-held fear that many people can likely relate to, and decides to investigate further into why it's such a ubiquitous image or dream. Also, more of Danny Pink's history is revealed, and it just gets stranger and stranger. Also, Clara isn't great at the whole tact and sensitivity thing, as it turns out.
Thanks so much for listening, and we will see you in 2 weeks with a new episode! -

Greetings, everyone, and welcome to a full episode of great content that did not get deleted, lost, muted, or otherwise fucked up. HURRAH!
In this episode, there's no escaping news about Robin Hood because he's apparently a Wall Street company now which seems very much in line with his ethos! Nothing to see here, folks! Except for a very hot Robin Hood and a somehow even hotter Clara.
Thank you all very much for listening, and we will see you next week! -

This week we're dealing with Daleks again and we get to see the Doctor be even more of an asshole than usual. Thankfully, Clara isn't here for it and smacks him across the face, which you all have to know I'm about to make a GIF and use as a profile picture somewhere.
Anyway, thank you all again for your patience, and we will see you next week! -

This is the second Christmas episode of the season, which kind of works because it's not as Christmassy. It's a little bit of a mess but it has some very effective moments that get me real teary-eyed.
Thanks so much to you all for listening, and we will see you next week! -
Greetings, lovely people! I'm coming to you today with a little Christmas miracle; Jaime and I have been convinced by you all to stick it out with Doctor Who at least a little while longer, so please don't worry about the future of the show just yet!
This episode was a really interesting choice for an anniversary, and I found the concept behind it pretty fascinating. I also thought Jaime's inside info on how the 9th Doctor was supposed to be the War Doctor particularly interesting, and while I totally respect Christopher Eccleston's decision to decline, I would have loved to see that.
Thanks so much to you all for listening, and I hope you all have a beautiful holiday! -
WAR FOR THE TOWER IS GOOD. GO LISTEN TO IT! www.warforthetower.com
Okay folks, this is an important episode, because this is the one where we ask you if we should keep doing this.
I will keep the shownotes brief, because this is all contained in the episode itself, but SPOILERS we are deeply unhappy with this finale and neither of us is confident going into the next season, considering how much of the show is still ahead of us.
Let us know what you think! -

In this episode, I'm so exhausted and I'm so sorry you had to hear me slowly break down and stop forming coherent sentences. Between my long pauses and Jaime's patient vaping in the background, we've really got some strong atmosphere in this one. However, this was another cyberman story so I figure if we were going to kind of fall apart, this one deserved it.
Thanks for listening, and we will be seeing you in 3 weeks with a new episode! -

In this episode, a lot of weird shit happens and Jaime and I have a long, honest talk about plot holes and unexplained/underexplained events on this show. I really want to know what you all think, because this episode might have been one of the most confusing for both of us.
Thanks so much to you all for listening! See you in 3 weeks with a new episode! -

This episode, we've got the tour of the TARDIS that I've been waiting for. Well, almost. I don't think we ever get to see that swimming pool, do we?
This is a really interesting episode, and like I said to Jaime it's one of the few times when the Doctor says "you don't want to know" about something, and it turns out he was actually right. I didn't want to know.
Thanks so much to you all for listening, and I will see you all again soon with a new episode! -

This episode, which was recorded two days before Halloween, arrived right on schedule for the spookiest season and I was so delighted by it. I really need more spooky manor houses in my life.
I even liked the twist, which built up enough goodwill for me that some of the weird stuff ("Help Me" written on the wall, for example) wasn't enough to irritate me the way it can at other times. The only thing I really didn't understand was the Doctor rolling out the red fucking carpet for that monstrosity at the end. WHAT THE FUCK, DOC?

This episode of Doctor Who takes place on a submarine and is very interested in the concept of mutually assured destruction, which gets brought very much to a head in the final sequence. Before that, though, we're mostly dealing with a rogue monster running around killing people and claiming they attacked him first, even though we KNOW THAT ISN'T TRUE. Did the writers just forget that part?
Anyway, thanks for listening, and we will see you soon with a new episode! -

This episode of Doctor Who is one of those where I feel very confident going into it, but by the end I'm really not sure how I feel about it anymore. Sometimes I get a little tangled up in my thinking, and i need to talk things out to get a handle on my own opinion, and this time around I think that by the time Jaime and I finish talking about it, I like the ending after all.
However, can we all agree that someone needs to put the Doctor on a leash for god's sake? He needs to stop running off!
