I visit Pond Farm Pottery in Guerneville, California. Pond Farm Pottery was founded by Marguerite Wildenhain in 1942 after her escape from Germany. Marguerite studied at the Bauhaus and brought its combination of craft mastery and artistry to this remote but notable studio and school.

This wasn’t the most successful recording: lots of mosquitos, strong steady wind in the trees above, and airplanes arriving into SFO had me editing 30 minutes down to 15; but it was worth the visit for the views on the drive up and the peace on arrival. Enjoy!

A walk around the Mount Tamalpais Watershed area. I visit Alpine Lake, Lake Lagunitas and Sky Oaks Meadow Road. There's turkeys and woodpeckers around. I think someone gets hit by a mountain bike?
