    As we take our daily strolls or weekly walks, we typically cover around 2 to 4 miles. my calves, Achilles, and shins would ache like crazy at first, but after a mile or a half-mile, the pain would start to fade.

    And when I recently played in a golf tournament, I unfortunately woke up with the most intense back spasms I've ever experienced. These little milestones are a good sign of sustained physical activities, despite the pain and discomfort, we power through to finish the fight. Resistance is real, my friend but it will all be well worth it!
