Cath Pendleton is the first woman to swim an ice mile in the antarctic circle. She swam the English Channel and competed for Great Britain at ice swimming. She sounds like a super hero but really she's just a down to earth mother of two doing the incredible.
We talk about mermaids, ice swimming, chat about safety, killer whales, competing for Great Britain, swimming the channel. We actually chatted about ADHD (again) after the end of the podcast and I squeezed it in. -
JFB is a ridiculously talented scratch artist. He's the 3 x World DMC Champion and has worked with so many top artists. I know him from Lovetrails Festival - where I MC the Beer Mile and he's dropping beats. It's absolutely HUGE!!!! I popped over to his house where he cooked me some dinner, chatted, and he even let me play on his turntables!
We talk about him breaking into the music scene, first world problems, working with Beardy Man, C2C, Ed Solo, Fat Boy Slim and being an arsehole. Music genres we touch on are Jazz, Drum & Base, Dubstep, Jungle.

Danny shares a beer with adventurer Jasmine Harrison. She rose to fame when she became the youngest female to row across the Atlantic Ocean at the age of 21. In 2022, at 23, she became the first woman to swim the length of Great Britain from Lands End to John O'Groats - that is 1,500km. They talk about her life leading to these adventurers, the trials and tribulations of creating a life less ordinary, and how hard it is to get sponsorship and fund such huge events.

At the end of January I'm releasing the first episode of my podcast. I've been interviewing those people I see as the wild tigers of our society. I'm hoping they'll help us reconnect with our wild sides and might lead to some unexpected journeys along the way. Expect sex, drugs and the rock and roll of the adventure world.
