    Ian Kennedy, a co-founder of The True Wellness Center, is a dedicated advocate for health and wellness, with a special focus on emotional regulation. From his early days as an Army medic and working with individuals facing mental and physical challenges, Ian has demonstrated extraordinary patience and compassion. His journey in martial arts led him to become a teacher and eventually establish his own martial arts school, where he thrived in helping students overcome mental boundaries and physical limitations.

    Ian's exploration of holistic health included studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, muscle response testing, and European BioRegulatory Medicine. 19 years ago, he co-founded The True Wellness Center with his wife Kelly, where they assist people in achieving optimal health.
