  • In this episode, join me as I delve into three personal anecdotes from my journey as a parent. Two of these stories highlight moments I consider successful, where I was able to provide nurturing support that fostered my children's resilience. However, I also candidly share a challenging experience where my own exhaustion left me unable to offer the support my child needed to overcome their struggles. Tune in as I reflect on these experiences and the lessons they impart on the complexities of parenting.

The mind-body connection is obvious to us, we know that our thoughts impact our body directly!

But the part that we are learning more and more about these days is the power of our body in and of itself.

We are mammals, we are part of nature, and we have innate wisdom running through our veins, it’s the one thing that is undeniable.

Parenting trends will come and go, and as science advances we will learn more and more about our human nature but the wisest resource is not in the books but actually within us. What we want to do is learn to listen to it. The way that we do it is by connecting to our bodies.

In this episode I interviewed Leah LaHue, We talked about the connection to our bodies, about birth as the first place where we can tap into our infinite power within, and then take that experience into our parenting, we discussed how we raise our kids to be connected from the get-go to their own inner knowledge so they can find their own purpose in life and curve their path!

  • Homaya is a highly attuned international spiritual leader, master teacher, and paramount healer, known for bringing together ancient wisdom with innovative contemporary modalities.

Effortlessly, she activates a transformative sacred space filled with advanced luminous codes  facilitating profound shifts in consciousness.

In this episode, we talked about how our relationship with our children has the ability to change the world. We can resist society’s push to create obedient people who serve the system and are obsessed with outside achievement by connecting to the world that lies beneath, the world that is perceived through our subtle senses. Humans are born with a capacity to connect fully and we learn to perceive the disconnection as we grow up but we all are born with the innate gift of living a life of connection to ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Tuning into our inner child is the way to connect deeply with our child. Our inner work IS the work of parenting, our relationship with our children will be the reflection of the relationship we have with our kids!

  • In this episode you will listen to an interview with Shilamida Friedman, we talked about appreciating the uniqueness of our children, and understanding and accepting that each individual is here on their path and has their mission to fulfill. We dove into how human design can be an incredibly valuable tool as parents to learn more about our children’s personalities, strengths, and traits, and how we can parent them in a way that will support them to grow to their full potential. We also touched upon understanding our kids' love language and how it can be a game changer in our relationship with our kids when we understand how they interpret our love signals and how we can be more international in showing them love in a way that they need.

  • Pamira Bezmen is a holistic, home-schooling mother of two. After years of building her career in corporate pharmaceuticals, Pamira got tapped on the shoulder by the divine light.  Giving up her mainstream toxic ways for an organic and clean lifestyle, she turned to attached parenting, natural healing and spiritual living.

Since then, she has become an award-winning photographer and a well-recognized health advocate.

To build the hopeful, bright future our children deserve, Pamira has dedicated herself to home-schooling and empowering parents to “take their children back from the state”.  She, along with her husband Shawn, founded Truth and Light Ministries and its homeschool program that offers a non-denominational, faith-based education to children of like-minded families, where the main goals are to raise critical thinking, free individuals with entrepreneurial skills, in a spiritually connected and morally sound, loving community that protects the divine gifts given by our God and cherishes every child as sacred.

Currently, Pamira is the head minister and teacher of Truth & Light Ministries Home-school Program and the primary bread-baker for her beloved family in New Jersey.

In this episode, we talked about tuning into our internal intuition and guidance when parenting and educating our kids, how once you start questioning the system you find out that there is an abundance out in the world and that you don’t have to abide by a certain identity or an idea of what success looks like. We dived into integrating homeschooling in a community setting such as a pod and how there can be much freedom inside a structured day. We discussed the way that educating in a community can support both parents and children and how the whole community can thrive. What I loved about this conversation the most was the notion that we are free agents that we can take education back into the home where it has been for 99.9% of our human existence and that we can trust ourselves and our children to give our children whatever they need to become successful people in our society.

  • In this episode, we explore the question of how to cultivate resourcefulness in our kids.

Audra Bartlett is a multi-passionate, multi-business entrepreneur who is the mom to a Pisces kid and a pitbull mix dog. She coaches other visionaries and teaches them to realize their resourcefulness, to be creative, and innovative, and when they do, they see what they want is already in front of them. As a child, she cultivated the art of creative problem-solving. It started with the wild ideas of buying a monkey, a William Wegman dog to dress up, and volunteering with a vet. This thirst for finding solutions got her as an adult to start a bakery with no money, a 1-year-old on her hip, and a tiny apartment stove- to then reverse engineering buying a HOUSE for $327 at close- then building a six-figure real estate business by renting her house out on the weekends- 6 businesses and a whole lot of “NO MATTER WHAT” moments later- she KNOWs that we can ALL do this. She teaches you how to realize you don’t have hurdles, you have infinite possibilities in her Wild Visionary coaching program, mastermind, and community.
