Today I discuss this modern and age old dilemma regarding the oppressive leadership philosophy of what I consider the 'Trap of Traits'.
🗝 This greek idea is alive and well and very oppressive since the beginning of time. You will be astonished as I recap historically the foolishness of this idea and devastation this has caused millions !
🗝 If this philosophy isn’t dealt with it will only continue to be an issue. In the USA its still a problem because its not being addressed beyond the level of skin traits.
We must learn to reduce everyone to a human. Unless we understand this truth we will never heal as a nation, as a community or as a human.

I would like to formally declare we are at a PIVOTAL point in history - not because of the pandemic – but in what I consider a crisis of leadership.
There is such a vacuum of true, authentic leaders that I must respond to in a number of ways. Clearly the predicament we are in – is that the ignorant, illegitimate leaders are in positions of power and then there are those that are influencing them. They ALL have their personal, national and global agendas, rather than the interests of the people they are mandated to serve.
The issue boils down to this: if you don't know what something authentically looks like, then you won’t recognize the imitation. There are so many people in power positions fronting as a leader – however I have determined there are nothing but illegitimate, inauthentic people in leadership positions.
This is where I have 3 distinct responses to this global leadership crisis. 1. I will begin in-person authentic leadership training in the coming new year in the form of boot camps - in Naples, Florida
2. As well as our annual Agents For Change Summit slotted in January 2021 - with the theme of TRANSFORMATION MANDATE.
3. I will be launching my next e-course very very soon to train you regarding the mentality & the spirit of a True Authentic Leader.
So I am calling for those of you with character, that operate with integrity - that truly desire to make a change for good in your community – at whatever level that may be. It may be locally, statewide or nationally. It may be on the PTA board – school board or city council. We need God-fearing men and woman with values that will stand in the way of adversity and be true Agents of change that this generation needs. - Trista Sue

I share what I consider the TRUE crisis the global community is facing. The void of true authentic leadership has created a global crisis, on many levels in many ways. Economic uncertainty, political unrest, the disillusionment with governments, religious conflicts and social injustice all have gotten worse over time. "The heaviest penalty for declining to rule is to be ruled by someone inferior to yourself."- Plato Therefore if you don't get involved in your own governing you will be ruled by a fool! You cannot let others take over your life because they are in government you must be involved in the process. So we must train and prepare the right kind of leadership. I address more challenges we are seeing currently with leadership/government and why we desperately need the original government of God. I was also challenged by someone from my last livestream “Addressing Evil” as I pointed out the numerous defects in our current leadership. They struggled with my criticism and wondered why I didn’t simply just pray for them, as scripture instructs. I would like to take this opportunity now to address this very good question.
