Pastor Rod Parsley of World Harvest Church in Columbus,Ohio has struck a nerve with many African Americans with his tone deaf message on race. He has dubbed himself as the “silent no more preacher” Parsley has grown his following among black folks by appropriating our culture and hiring our singers and musicians. In today’s climate evangelical pastors like Parsley are being called on the carpet for their behavior and messages. Sir we need an explanation. Your message on race is very short sighted and tone deaf. It also lacks the correct historical context.

This resonates with African Americans in this country because for centuries we have been and still are oppressed. Take time to listen as my guest David Rogers and Peter Griffin weigh in on this topic
