Hi Friends,
You must have realized that when we get a setback in life, it is followed by a few more. One after other things seem to be deteriorating and we feel that we are getting suffocated and not able to find a way out.
I'm a firm believer of a thing that every lock in the world is made with a key and the same holds true for our problems as well.
You'll get to know a different perspective to deal with your problems in this podcast. I'm sure you'll like it too.
I'll see you soon.

Hi Friends!
"When life gives you a lemon, make a lemonade out of it" the simpler it looks to read or speak the difficult it is to accept and work upon the same.
To me, life is just like riding a bicycle because 1) You need to continue peddling it till you reach your destination 2) when you're on a hilly road, you need to push harder 3) after every hilly road comes to a relaxing ride and last but not the least 4) you have to continue to keep the focussing on your destination.
If we have clarity in our thoughts and patience, we can make life a beautiful journey. I'm sure this episode will be a great help to you.
I'll see you soon!

Hi Friends!
This happens many a time in our lives that our otherwise happy and content life experiences turbulence just because of some comparison done by someone or even ourselves.
We all know everything that everyone is unique... it is not good to compare two things or people for everyone comes with a different set of genes blah blah... but do we really listen to ourselves?
Listen to this podcast that answers how you can put yourself back on track every time you get distracted. That probably is a way we can choose happiness over unwanted emotions and results.

Hi Friends,
We all at some point of time in our lives feel confused and willingly or unwillingly take a drastic step, sometimes without even thinking about it like quitting a job, ending a relationship abruptly, buying an expensive item without needing it, etc...
Men and women are equally likely to experience a transition or crisis, But it looks different in both genders.
"The stereotype is a man buys a red sports car". That's not always the case, of course, but men do seem more intent on wanting to prove something.
Men might gauge their worth by their job performance. They may want to look successful, for instance, even though their achievements don't measure up as they had hoped.
"Women often get validity through relationships (https://www.webmd.com/sex-relationships/default.htm) ," and that's true even if they've had a lifelong career. So at midlife, they are likely to evaluate their performance as a wife, mother, or both.
Listen to the complete podcast and know how to handle this transition.
I'll see you soon.

Hi Friends!
There are certainly times we should be silent, but other times we need to get out of our comfort (or rather a pain) zones and say something.
It may be wise in staying silent at times, but never speaking up about anything at all isn’t wise — its fear and this fear at times may lead to actions that are unimaginable and unpredictable.
In past, we have even seen doyens of their domain like Sushant Singh Rajput, Lalit Sheth of Raj Travels, Famous TV presenter Viveka Babajee, Actress Pratyusha Banerjee, Vineet Whig of Britannica, D. Shankaran of IAS Academy, and thousands more, ending their lives abruptly. All these people had been having risen from scratch and were torchbearers to thousands of followers to them. What's shocking post their demise is that the families of all these diseased say, they didn't know what their son/daughter/husband/wife/mother/father was going through and they never told them about their ordeal. And, most of them regret, they could have done something had they known the mental state of the family member.
I'll see you next week!

Hey Friends!
You must be wondering what we're going to talk today...
Well to give you a clue, I'm sharing these lines said by the great Indian philosopher "Kabir"
ज्यों तिल माहि तेल है, ज्यों चकमक में आग ।
तेरा साईं तुझ ही में है, जाग सके तो जाग ।
that means... जैसे तिल के अंदर तेल होता है, और आग के अंदर रौशनी होती है ठीक वैसे ही हमारा ईश्वर हमारे अंदर ही विद्धमान है, अगर ढूंढ सको तो ढूढ लो।
I'm not trying to be religious here but taking a cue from the above lines or even otherwise, everything is there inside us.
We just need to look within, explore, and take lead and that's it.
It's easier said than done but believe me, it's possible.
Enjoy the episode and I'll see you soon.

Hi Friends!
Raising a child independently in spite of the support of family becomes one such challenge that requires a lot of mental toughness and a positive attitude towards life.
A few of the biggest roadblocks are Financial strangulation, loneliness, unwanted questions from so-called society to a young child, and emotional stress.
The situation is just like a coin which has two different faces on each side. Here, on one side, the parent feels very confident in raising her/ his own child on their own, making their own choices and living their lives their way; But, the other side brings excruciating pain of loneliness, rejection, anxiety, and uncertainty.
Listen to this episode that revolves around the ways to manage the separation.
I'll see you next week!

I'm sure you'll agree with me, we use this word "Ghanta" very often especially in Hindi-speaking cities/ areas. And, it literally means something of "no use/ no worth".
Listen to this episode to know what is that one thing we do almost every day and don't even realize how much time we are losing?
You'll also learn, How we can make each "Ghanta" of our life more meaningful.
I hope you'll enjoy the episode!!
Cheers!! -
Hi Friends!
Here I am once again amongst you with another relevant episode that impacts our lives.
Today I'm gonna talk about 'distant relationships'. Wait a minute...
Before your brain starts imagining the picture of a couple living in different cities or different countries, let me clarify that distant relationships are not only relevant to couples, it includes parents, siblings, friends, and others.
At certain times, we think that we can do everything on our own but the truth is we are social animals; we need people or rather own people when we're in need.
Listen to this episode to see the complete picture and please share your feedback!
I'll see you next Monday.

Hi Friends!
Many a time we are pressurized from our parents or peers but many a time we take a "fake" pressure.
One of my earlier bosses used to say "Vivek, don't feel bad about pressure, take it positively; agar cooker me pressure nahi bane to daal nahi pakegi..."
To some extent, I understand this point but we should be able to understand how much pressure is good for us? how much we can actually take?
Chandra has beautifully explained it here in this podcast.
Hope it helps.
I'll see you next week.

Dear Friends,
You may be aware, Septemeber is suicide prevention awareness month and since GINF? addresses the issues causing depression, it is very important to discuss one specific aspect of it that I couldn't do earlier.
When in severe distress/ depression, we often think of ending our life and assume that when we leave the world, sab theek ho jayega ya chhutkara mil jayega.
But, as we're a part of a big ecosystem, it's not only "me" who suffers. When one child/ person dies by suicide, it impacts 108 lives, as per one study.
Today I have brought Dr. Chandra R. to you who is a clinical psychologist by profession and has lost her own 17-year-old, the only son to suicide.
She brings her own experiences as a parent who lost her only child and if you're a teenager, please listen to it and share with the maximum number of parents.
I'll see you next week.
