Episode 118 is a MUST LISTEN for all women. Lauren White is back for round two and this time we unpack the secrets women keep. We talk about like the paradox of falling apart while we are fighting to keep it together.
The bathroom stall moments and shower tears. Feeling lonely when we aren’t alone. The push and the pull towards being different to how we are, to be more than we feel we ever will be. The contrast of wanting to be seen but being terrified of peeling back the layers. The conditioning, the enticement of presenting the perfect life and what happens when we move through that. I open up about my own stuff and what I’ve been working through.
These are just some of the things @laurenwhiteau and I talk about.

Episode 116 is a solo episode where I share the exact "tools" I keep in my mental health Toolkit. I really value health in general and staying mentally healthy is a huge priority for me, especially right now.
If you are struggling with mental health right now please seek guidance and support from your health care provider and support network. Speaking up and seeking help when you're out of your depth is really admirable. There have been many times in my life that I have sought professional help and guidance.
I first saw a therapist in my late teens and have found talk therapy and other modalities massively helpful in processing, learning and personal growth. Ov er the past decade I have refined my own little. toolkit of things that really help me to stay on track and strong.
I encourage everyone to think about their own mental health toolkit and what they need and want to lean into not just when things are hard, but as a preventative too!
