Okay everybody this is the Poetry episode, so no stories (as such) this week. However it is kind of autobiographical as I tell the stories behind each poem, all written by me over the last thirty years. Poems are written to be heard aloud, so listen to - but today we seem only to read them. So I hope you enjoy the experience. It's one for the grown ups this week.If you listen to by podcast, it's always free. But you can show your appreciation by treating me to a coffee and a bun! Just put something in my PayPal as a thanks - my account is: [email protected]! -
This is a different type of episode this week - its a collection of short stories, some true and some fiction - but all of a ghostly theme. If you enjoy - remember all my Podcasts are free and I don't ask for the regular donations many do - but O do appreciate a review on ITunes, and if you would buy me the price of a coffee by putting something into my PayPal to show appreciation then that is appreciated - its [email protected] you enjoy and thanks as ever. -

Along with some of the usual chat and a poem - this is an original tale, very suitable for children! It was written a long while ago by me and rediscovered - it concerns a baby dragon who arrives where he shouldn't be, two brave children and a failed magician - as well as a bewildered knight. I hope you like it. By request, a story for younger children. I would pitch this tale at between ages 6-10. It has humour, an ogre that loves to eat people (and smell smelly socks) and a girl who saves the day. Please feel free to give any episode a like on the Podomatic page, review me on I Tunes or even buy me a coffee if you liked the episode by sending me a pound or two on PayPal - [email protected] My episodes are always free, but a thanks I enjoyed it is always welcome! -

The third in a line of folk tales from Eastern Europe. A sad and whimsical tale this time, full of pathos. Another Folk Tale, and a personal favourite of mine. Actually I love this story, and enjoy telling it. I'm unsure of its origins, Eastern Europe I think, but it concerns a giant and a young boy who is a little too innocent for his own good.I hope you like it.
