    Born and raised in Vietnam, Erica went to college in Singapore and started her career as a consultant. During her Yale MBA program as a class of 2018, she did an internship at McKinsey in Singapore, but one of her goals of MBA was to work in the US, so she decided to full-time recruit in the US and entered Visa by utilizing her consulting skillsets.     Born and raised in Thailand, Paryn started her career as a business developer, responsible for launching a new product, and made a transition to management consulting at Deloitte, where she was able to obtain lots of international experiences. Since she wanted to go to the tech industry after B-school, she did lots of internships in the tech industry such as Dell Technologies, Microsoft, and also Adobe during the MBA period. By doing a dual degree - MBA and MSI(School of Information) - at University of Michigan, Ross, she tried to fill the gap between her background and future roles.

    Born and raised in India, Rajat had experience across different industries before his MBA from University of Michigan, Ross. Understanding that he is more of a learning by doing kind of person, Rajat focused MBA in working in clubs, participating in events, case competitions and taking action-oriented courses.   • We invited YC Xie, a Ross MBA and MPH(Master of Public Health) class of 2018 dual degree graduate, to share his Commercial Leadership Program experience at Amgen.     YC Xie was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Prior to Ross, he worked at several different companies in China including McDonald as a HR manager. Since HR roles were about cost management, he wanted to do something making profits and revenues, which became a strong motivation to do an MBA degree at Ross. Also due to his family background, he had lots of interests in the healthcare industry, making him pursue a dual degree in MPH. As a marketing manager at Amgen now, he is a parent of a dog, two cats and a hamster now!

    Mark Buakaew graduated from the Ross MBA program in 2019 and joined Amazon as a Sr. Program Manager in the inbound supply-chain organization.     Born and raised in Taiwan, Sandy is currently a second-year MBA student at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall and a very energetic girl who has passions in operations and marketing . Prior to MBA, she worked as an operation senior manager at a global trading firm in Taiwan for almost 9 years. And she was also a co-founder of a restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan.   • Meet Kazrin Khairul Anuar

    Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Kazrin is a second-year MBA student at MIT Sloan. As a husband and a father of a 2-year old boy, he spent 7 years working in financial services (primarily within equity investments) in Malaysia before coming to MBA. Pivoting into a corporate strategy role in the long term, Kazrin thought having MBA experience would help get to know different companies and industries from classes and classmates.     Born and raised in South Korea, Doyoun is a second-year MBA student at Cornell Johnson.   • Meet Jun Takahashi!

    Born and raised in Japan, Jun is a first-year MBA student at Ross University of Michigan. In the Japanese manufacturing company he was in the rotational program for an automotive business unit, doing finance, marketing and strategy roles for 9 years. To start a new business in the automotive and mobility section in his company, he wanted to improve his leadership skills, making him come to the US business school.   • Meet Kelly Song

    Born and raised in China, Kelly is a second-year MBA student at Tuck Business school at Dartmouth. She worked in banking, social impact, and management consulting in several countries (China, US, and South Africa).   • Meet Chrissa da Gomez

    Born and raised in Indonesia, Chrissa is a second-year MBA student at UC Berkeley Haas Business School. Before Haas, she was an M&A Consultant at EY for 3 years in Jakarta and then stayed another 3 years at EY Parthenon in Singapore as a strategy role. 5 years after working in a consulting company, Chrissa wanted to expand her experience with real service or product to help more people. So she decided to come to MBA to change her career, especially to the tech industry, since the tech industry has been booming recently and creating lots of value.
