Verder bespreken we:

Thanh Nguyen:https://www.thanhhelpt.nl Instagram: @thanh_helpt

Aditia Fitri has been working as a medical doctor in Indonesia, and as a researcher in the genetic disease field. She came to the Netherlands to pursue her master’s on genetic conditions to return to her home country. As life can take us in a different direction, she got pregnant and the way she sees it, by serendipity, she is embracing life as a full-time mother and caregiver of her son, who has a combination of autism and a rare genetic skin disorder, called ichthyosis, a congenital disease in which the skin is coarse, dry, and scaly.
Aditia tells about living as a foreign family in the Netherlands, and how she faces the challenges (without a family support system, the language barrier, learnings and the search in a whole different system of care and social work), but also the opportunities she sees in the rich infrastructure of resources and knowledge.

Daniëlle Doeve is leiderschapscoach, workshopbegeleider en facilitator in het internationale leiderschapsprogramma’s voor vrouwen Coming Into Your Own.

What are the misconceptions about the money mindset? What sources of income can you create for yourself and your loved ones? Are you ready to receive and do everything necessary to let it all in?In this third episode, Cheyenne and I talk about the last three essentials for abundance: giving, education, and finance. I think we can all relate to them since they are more well-known and “accepted” in society.
Finance is the result of, what Cheyenne calls, the preparation time: time, energy, and love you give to yourself, your loved ones, and the world.

How can we receive abundance with self-care, self-love and loved ones? How do these essential practices contribute to abundance? Today is all about love. Love for yourself and for the loved ones in your inner circle. We know we can't give from an empty vessel. To feel and unleash the abundance that is already within us, it all starts with the love and care for yourself.
To quote Cheyenne's words of wisdom:“Self-love is the biggest practice in life, because we haven’t learned how to do that… Please learn to receive love.”
That's why Cheyenne Smaal and I give you a gentle reminder of how to put you first on the list. She also shares examples of how she practices self-care and self-love, and how she shares her love with her loved ones.
Let us all be inspired to receive and spread love.***Website: https://www.claudiairagan.com/podcast/21-abundance-part-2/

She is a transformation coach in business and personal development, and a public speaker specialized in transpower, diversity and inclusion. In episode number 14 she shares her touching story on how to take your power back after many years of rejection, abuse and surviving.Since the beginning of 2021, she came up with 6 essential practices to attract and manifest abundance. Cheyenne's approach is based on the fact that everything is already there for you and that we all are born in abundance, which is the primal energy. And to remind us of this birth gift, she introduces the 6 essentials as a very logical, doable but most of all loving strategy that covers all meaningful and important aspects in our lives. In fact, her strategy has already been proven to be effective!💠This episode is an invitation to take the first steps for the 6 essentials, which are:1. Self-care 4. Giving2. Self-love 5. Education3. Loved ones 6. FinanceIn the next two episodes we will dive deeper into the practice of the 6 essentials, covering self-care, self-love and loved ones in part 2, and giving, education and finance in part 3.***Connect with us on Instagram:Cheyenne Smaal: @thedivaofdiversityClaudia Ira Gan: @claudiairagan

"Gratitude is the memory of the heart" is an old French proverb by Jean-Baptiste Massieu. The practice of gratitude is a beautiful, timely, wise, and loving way with scientific evidence, to nourish and uplift your heart. Besides, gratitude has been shown to increase our overall health and well-being: including getting more sleep. Maybe even now is the best possible moment to practice gratitude. Most people know when and why they feel grateful. It comes with events that make us feel joyful and happy. But as life can be unpredictable, and feel scary, practicing gratitude can be hard or a challenge too. One of the biggest mistakes we can make is to think we should be grateful 100 percent of the time. That’s an impossible standard. We know gratitude is good for us, we know we should feel grateful, we know life would be better if we did, but sometimes the feeling is just not there and then we feel guilty about it. In this solo episode you can hear why I relate the practice of gratitude to the practice of self-care and ... forgiving. You will also receive a few journaling prompts to start your adventure of gratefulness.

May I proudly present: the podcast mini-series “Humble Luxury” on the MultiWoman & Co. podcast!
“Humble Luxury” is a new addition to the MultiWoman & Co. podcast, and symbolizes the feeling of non material wealth, well-being on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level, meaningful life gems, and appreciation for the goodness in and around ourselves.
The mantra for this series is “expand my world, expand my reality”, and includes our inner and outer life. Every series will feature one life theme at a time in three short(er) episodes providing sweet and simple tips and tools for the practice. If you choose to :-)
We kick-off with the first life gem “gratitude”. For this topic, I joined forces with Vinita Salomé. She was a guest in episode number #5: Vinita Salomé about gratitude and falling in love with life, in which she talks about her experiences in three extremely different cultures: Japan, India, and The Netherlands. Being a professional photographer and a mom with the basics of the Buddhist teachings, she has practiced gratitude for many years.
In this episode we share our (multicultural) views on gratitude, what it means to us, and how we define gratitude.
The three episodes are an invitation for practicing gratitude together with sweet and simple tools.
