Hey, Homies! Not only does Ashley tell you about the unfathomable death of Mary Reeser from July 2, 1951, but you also get to hear the first submitted "Hometown Story", AND we finally get to reveal what project we are helping with! 😲
Also, our apologies. Ashley mispronounces Mary's last name a few times at the beginning of her story. This was not intentional & not noticed until editing.

Hey, Homies! This isn't a "true" episode this week. We apologize! It was a hectic/bad mental health week for both of us, but we still wanted to record something for y'all to listen to. So, if you want to hear us just give our life updates, make fun of each other, and just generally banter for a few minutes, here ya go! Thanks for your continued support ❤️🖤💛

As promised, Sarah makes up for her absence last week with a make-up episode! (Skip to 9:20 to bypass chitchat.) The main story is the tragic family annihilation of the Sueppels in Iowa City, Iowa, from 2008. After that, she does share what she was trying to work on last week (spoiler, it turns out that it doesn't disappoint!)

Two happy, expecting couples crossed paths in Ravenna, Ohio, back in the fall of 2000. The unbelievable events that occurred just a few weeks later changed all of their lives forever.
(Please forgive the AC fan sound, Coco being in heat, and Sarah trying not to cry a couple times in this one!)

Ashley ventures out of the Midwest this week to bring you a murder case from Texas. On December 11, 2003, Rick & Suzy Wamsley, a well-liked and affluent couple, were murdered in their home in Mansfield, Texas. A clump of long, black hair found in Rick's hand helps point investigators in the right direction.
