BOGA is an amalgamation of "Boa" and "Yoga".
It represents her journey towards wellness, self care, and self love. She aims to create a space for healing, laughter and open discussions about difficult topics while fostering a sense of togetherness among her supporters. Each episode explores different types of wellness as she interviews her guests, plays games, practices yoga and other wellness treatments, all while maintaining Boa-Isms during difficult conversations.
And remember…It’s Okur Not To Be Okur!
