  • Welcome to Episode 1 of Peak Pursuits!

    We kick things off with a rundown of our training weeks and where we stand in our running goals for the year. From uphill treadmill efforts to weekend long runs, peek into our training routines and some of the challenges we've encountered along the way.

    Race Results: We first introduce the Australian edition of the Golden Trail National Series (GTNS), a new addition to the Aussie trail running calendar aimed at showcasing the best of Australian trails and talent.

    We then cover some exciting results from Lara Hamilton at the Skimo World Cup in Italy before recapping the first two races of the GTNS.

    The Donna Double at Warburton Trail Festival Kunanyi Mountain Run, featuring the 25km 

    We finish our coverage of the GTNS with a look at the current overall standings, including the U23 competition. It’s been a big month of trail racing, so we then cover what went down at Buffalo Stampede. This event had it all; stunning views, brutal climbs, and epic finishes. We’ll cover results from the 20km to the 100km ultra.

    Trail Fails: Time to spill the tea on our most memorable trail mishaps. From kangaroo crossings to deadly dugites, we've got some wild stories to share in our "trail fails" segment.
