Just a little bit about the host:
Jesse started his career as a dancer and dance teacher. In 2018 he struggled with being overweight and went on a fat loss mission to lose over 3-stone. This ignited his passion for fitness which led him to become a Personal Trainer and Coach. He understands the highs and lows of fat loss and muscle gain and has now been able to help many others do as he did.
He also has a Masters Degree with most of his research being in the philosophy and psychology of motivation, and learning. His journey along with his academic research has allowed him to grow a coaching business where he helps people become the best version of themselves and change their mindsets for good.
Now, he's ready to share his knowledge and experiences with you all through this podcast, so you can make your fitness journey as simple as it can be!
