    On Today's Episode:

In this week's First 100 Days Segment we are SMHing, OMGing, LOLing, and YAYing.

Trump decides that America will lead from behind and will also increase the prices of everyday goods for Americans. Make America Expensive Again!

There's bad news everywhere, and Republican Representatives can't handle the heat: They're no longer hosting in-person town halls because their constituents feel betrayed. Oops!

In the Good News department, Dunkin and four other coffee chains have decided to no longer charge extra for dairy alternatives; a move that is surely inspired by consumers being FED UP with higher prices. Yay!

In light of tariffs, Americans are stocking up on supplies. We look at what our fellow citizens are hoarding like coffee, avocados, olive oil, and maple syrup (Eh!), and if we're following in their footsteps.

Speaking of trying to save money, the Buy it Nice or Buy it Twice trend has people trying to invest in better quality products rather than buying the same crappy products again and again.

We look at how we've invested in ourselves in recent years, and share suggestions for listeners on how they can ultimately save money by buying right the first time!

Recommendations: The Third Gilmore Girl by Kelly Bishop (Pam) and Lady Gaga's upcoming album MAYHEM (Andrew, obviously).

And this week, in After Dark:

You've heard of MuggleSuck, but what sucks about being a podcaster? As grateful as we are, it's time to reveal the crappy side of podcasting.

How your passions become less fun when you have to podcast about them.

Andrew and Pam are doing something today they wish they got to do every week.

What are the things that long-time podcasters really SHOULD know how to do by now, but continue to need their hands held?

We swear though, we love this role!! Don't @ us.

    On Today's Episode:

Listener feedback clarifies "TDS," and someone close to the National Parks writes in about what's happening behind the scenes.

Sorry, we're not even halfway there: Trump's first 100 days continued.

Germany swung right in their recent elections, but to Elon's chagrin, they didn't go far right. A win is a win.

Is this really the right time for Trump to be rushing Boeing on building his new fleet of air force 1 planes? :

Federal employees continue to be barraged by layoffs and misleading, confusing information from DOGE.

Amazon is removing the Kindle backup feature, and readers are concerned about being able to access ebooks they paid for in the future should Amazon discontinue them.

Are we right to be concerned that the tech industry might be used to drive further censorship and misinformation?

It was recently revealed that some Subway franchise owners were pocketing tips left in the infamous "tip screen" rather than giving them to Subway workers.

We do a check in on the current state of tipping culture - does it feel like more industries are adding tip screens for every transaction?

This week's recommendations are to donate gently used pet supplies to your local humane society (Pam), the Screens app to seamlessly control your Mac from your mobile device (Andrew), and doing a spring audit of your wardrobe + donating gently used items to your local Goodwill (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Would you be comfortable if a developer was building a crematorium in your community?

We share laughs and gaffs from community and HOA meetings we've been part of recently.

    Andrew is the HOA Zaddy...

    On Today's Episode:

We welcome all listener feedback and engagement, even from listeners who confuse us with The Daily Show (aww we're flattered!).

If we don't talk about Trump's first 100 days on the pod, did any of it actually happen?

Are you a government employee who wants to anonymously share your experience working during this shit show of a time? Email us or submit via the Confessional, and we'll share your experience (but keep your identity secret shhh).

DON'T BE FOOLED: Trump isn't going to cut your taxes. He's just diverting your tax dollars to his rich friends in the form of tax breaks.

With rising prices, are we pickier about the kinds of events we attend? It feels like a night out to a concert can easily cost over $100, and that's after the cost of the tickets!

Wait, why are bigger artists' shows seemingly more affordable abroad? And is it ethical for Americans to travel to counties with fewer tour dates to take advantage of cheaper tickets?

What additional perks would we like to justify stadium concert ticket costs? Because time is a flat circle, we want physical tickets commemorating the evening.

This week's recommendations are helpful and entertaining: SpotHero for event parking (Pam), ThriftBooks.com (Andrew), and 'Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man' on Disney+ (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Do millennials really not throw house parties anymore? How has the house party evolved for our generation?

If a friend isn't comfortable hosting gatherings but other friends in the group are, what is the best way to handle hosting responsibilities and reciprocity?

    Our messiest house party stories...

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

Andrew's better half Pat joins us this week!

Forget the Eagles, did we watch Kendrick Lamar dominate at the Super Bowl?

We're continuing to watch the first 100 days of the Trump admin, and sadly, we're continuing to report that the admin's approach is to flood the zone with ridiculous, outrageous legislative priorities and patently false information.

Andrew's a baddie: confessions of a digital shoplifter, among his other crimes.

Are big retailers making it too easy for consumers to take advantage of generous refund policies? What impact does this have on small businesses?

To be fair, we're not just throwing Andrew under the bus - we've all used refund policies to our advantage at one point or another.

Speaking of big retailers, Barnes & Noble is having a major comeback with its brick and mortar locations!

Barnes & Noble will be opening 60 new bookstores in 2025 after years of decline. Their reasoning? #BookTok trends, the loneliness epidemic, and an increasing consumer demand for more third spaces.

And of course, we've got recommendations hot off the press for y'all: Bookshop.org, which now offers ebooks in competition with Kindle (Andrew), 'The House in the Cerulean Sea' by TJ Klune (Pat), and downloading a copy of your student aid history at StudentAid.gov if you have federal student loans (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

We're all in our mid-thirties - is it time for us to get all of our stuff our of mom and dad's house?

How do we deal with family members trying to push their shit off on us? I DON'T WANT YOUR CHRISTMAS CHINA, GREAT AUNT MARGE!

What do we want done with our stuff when we slip the mortal coil?

  • Welcome back to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

In our continuing coverage of Trump's first 100 days in office, we check in on aviation safety, the silicon-valley style DOGE takeover of the Treasury's payment systems, El Salvador opening its prisons to American prisoners (so nice of them), and the biggest BEST update on tariffs everrrrrr.

Just kidding, this President is a joke. But we're also keeping an eye on EGGflation and sharing weekly updates since apparently that's what matters most to American voters.

Who has a morning routine, and more importantly, who is good at actually sticking to one?

Mel Robbins has inspired our panel to take part in her 7-step routine for kickstarting your morning. We share our experiences - did it work for us?

How can we embrace the "let them" theory to protect our own peace and inner harmony?

This week's recommendations are all themed to the episode - self-help books! 'The 4-Hour Workweek' by Tim Ferris, 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck' by Mark Manson, and 'Don't Believe Everything You Think' by Joseph Nguyen (Andrew), 'How to Do the Work' by Dr. Nicole LaPera (Laura), 'Reasons to Stay Alive' and 'Notes on a Nervous Planet' by Matt Haig (Pam).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Who doesn't love a little gossip? Vox inspires us to dig deeper and reflect on why gossiping can feel so satisfying sometimes.

Gossiping can go too far though, and we've all learned this lesson in some ways we share in AD.

Have we ever gotten in trouble for gossiping on the show? Uh...

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

We're keeping an eye on Trump's first 100 days and giving bite-sized updates at the top of episodes.

Should we apply to the White House's New Media program? Maybe we're not the voices they want to feature...

Forget about boomer complaints - inspired by this tweet, we want to know what your millennial complaints are!

Are millennials starting to become grumpy old people about Gen Z? We get it, you're youthful and full of life and ambition because the world hasn't broken you yet. STOP SHOWING OFF!

A common millennial complaint amongst our panel and listeners is missing the early days of the internet, when it was weirder and more fun.

Housing costs, student loans, and lacking friends who are also parents definitely make the list.

We yearn for the comforts of the early 2000s (but leave the fashion in 2005 pls): longer TV seasons, being able to physically buy software, and all the random videos that became generational memes for millennials.

As always, we leave you with our recommendations: An album and artist rec from Pam, 'Tinsley' by Tinsley, The Sims 1 and 2 re-releases coming to PC soon (Andrew), and Jon Stewarts interview with Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on his podcast.

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Jic Republicans force us to have babies, we imagine a world in which we are parents to Gen Beta children. What would we do differently than what our parents did? What would we do the same?

For real though, we can barely take care of ourselves, so do you really trust our judgment?

How would we manage raising kids at a time when children seem to have smart devices in hand from birth?

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

We had to delay our recording for a day because Laura got stuck in Atlanta's latest snowmaggedon embarrassment. When will they learn to salt the roads in advance?

Would it have been better if Trump had won in 2020 so we could be done with him by now?

Legally flimsy and intended to inspire outrage: Trump's first 100 executive orders.

Lol at everyone who traveled to DC for the inauguration just to find a sudden change in venue due to "the weather."

We all saw what Elon did. Period.

Is backlash against artists like Carrie Underwood and Nelly warranted due to their decision to perform at Trump's inauguration? Andrew makes a distinction.

Get ready for the enshittification of TikTok y'all - unfortunately, the oligarchy is united and now they have a direct line to executive authority. Yay populism!

The Supreme Court really is out here choosing violence: first they came for bodily autonomy, now they're poised to seriously curb first amendment free speech rights by placing limitations on access to pornography.

Can we empathize with the struggle parents have today with monitoring their kids online? Absolutely. Is that a reason to strike down free speech protections? NO.

We wrap the show with some favorite BS lies millennials were told repeatedly as kids that turned out not to be true.

As always, we wrap with recommendations: First Aid Beauty Ulta Repair Cream (Pam), @TrumpflationTracker on Threads (Andrew), and 'Severance' season 2 on Apple TV+ (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

How are our relationships with Trump supporting family members going?

*redacted* is causing someone's family to do a lot of eye rolling over the insane indoctrination.

How best to deal with confrontations from Trump supporting family looking for a fight - keep it simple, keep it petty (but kinda classy).

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

We spend time discussing the latest on the Los Angeles wildfires in California - where are they at, how contained are they, and how many people are being affected? Looking to help? Donate to the American Red Cross to support wildfire relief.

We also have a slew of mini political updates: Pam wins the first correct prediction of 2025 (that Trump will fly the flag at full mast for his inauguration because he's a giant baby), SCOTUS to hear a case challenging key provisions of the ACA, and of course... the TikTok question. Are we going to need to satisfy our scrolling addiction elsewhere after January 19th?

How would we feel about losing TikTok? Won't people just... find something else?

Oh wait, Americans have already started signing up for another Chinese-owned Tik-Tokesque app called Red Note. Lol.

It seems like the US government isn't the only thing going backwards in 2025: Starbucks recently announced changes to try and win back customers by bringing back those cool coffee shop vibes that make customers want to enjoy the cafes as a third space.

Starbucks specifically plans to bring back the self-serve condiment bar because we're not worried about spreading germs anymore and eliminate the non-dairy milk surcharges (ok this is good). They also plan to add more comfortable seating and provide the option of receiving your drink in a ceramic mug to inspire you to hang around the 'Bucks and socialize a little. Ahh the smell of burnt coffee and capitalism in the morning!

Don't miss this week's recommendations! Look for a silent book club near you (Pam), ShoreExcursionsGroup.com to book cruise ship excursions that don't cost an arm and a leg (Andrew), and our What the Hype?! episode on Onyx Storm predictions (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

In honor of this show's 10th birthday, we play tribute to its predecessor, Smart Mouths (rip).

Laura was apparently kinda bitchy via email in those days. Sorry!

And for a MuggleSuck throwback: we remember the days of wizard rock on the Harry Potter conference circuit. If a certain wrocker's walls could talk...

  • Happy New Year, and welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

Welp, the US Surgeon General really put a damper on anyone not participating in dry January by saying alcoholic beverages should come with health warnings about increased cause of cancer. Will it stop us? (Nah.)

At the start of the new year, we like to revisit our predictions from 2024 and... sorry for the bummer, but we didn't get a single prediction right. Our guest hosts from last year's finale did though!

But you know we're also coming in hot with our 2025 predictions, so come along with us to hear our (probably wrong) takes!

Hint hint: we have some Trump-related predictions (sorry we have to do this again y'all): he won't be able to stop Putin's war in Ukraine, TikTok will NOT be banned, the big Elon/Trump breakup we're all anticipating will not happen in 2025, and the petty President will fly the US flag at full mast during his inauguration because his special little feelings matter more than honoring former President Jimmy Carter.

Don't worry, we have non-Trump predictions too: bitcoin will double its value again in 2025, Chappell Roan will win big at the Grammys, and of course, Andrew's yearly death prediction.

Need a little motivation to start the year our right? We share our goals to start the year, and because we are so demure, we're not biting off more than we can chew.

You know where to look for the best recommendations! Refresh and GREEN your space (Andrew), upgrade to a smart electric kettle (Pam), and the game 'Cult of Lamb' (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

What's in and what's out for us in 2025? In addition to giving some good ideas for your own ins and outs lists, prepare to learn some new vocabulary!

What's in: disassociating from the news, fart walks, habit tracking, and movie musicals to name a few.

What's out? Hope scrolling (sorry), energy vampires (???), and describing something as a 'vibe.'

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk! Join us for our last show of 2024!

We do our annual gift exchange a little differently this year by getting non-Secret Santa presents for each other. Get ready for all the wholesome vibes, we knocked it out of the park this year!

To put a bow on 2024 (does it deserve a bow?) we recount the top stories of the year in terms of news, pop culture, and more.

Kamala's brat summer fell out of a coconut tree and surprised and delighted us all - for a brief 100 day window, we were vibing in the context in which we exist. </3

Our love for Cowboy Carter inspires a mini conversation about the evolution of country music - is Andrew becoming a country girlie?

The Kendrick/Drake feud had Pam's attention, and Laura was very glad to benefit from her knowledge of the industry to get in on the tea.

Weirdest news stories of the year? From brain worms to literal palace intrigue, all the way to trauma dumping on Elmo via Twitter... is everyone ok?

We haven't forgotten about other year-defining moments of 2024, like the cursed Pop Tart Bowl, Gypsy Rose's release from prison and subsequent temporary influencer status, and of course, J.D. Vance's poor couch.

Our wonderful Patrons shared their favorite show moments of the year, and we get a little misty eyed. Thank you so much for your support!

There will certainly be... challenges next year, but we wrap our final episode of the year by talking about what we're EXCITED for in 2025!

And for your final 2024 recommendations: Trader Joe's pillar candles (Pam), RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic for Switch (Andrew), and mindful.org for free mindfulness and meditation resources (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

We share what we're most proud of from 2024 - from professional gains to getting stronger and everything in between, we're all feeling proud of ourselves in big and small ways. We hope you are too!

We've all found new hobbies and fandoms to engage with, and shed some things (and people) that were no longer suiting us.

Our Patrons share what they're most proud of this year, and WOW, y'all have made some big accomplishments this year!

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real talk!

We want to keep things light going into the holidays, but the world is still on fire, so we have to acknowledge the viral story of the manhunt for Luigi Mangione, the murderer of UnitedHealthcare CEO. The internet's reacting in a way we expected, but where should we draw the line?

In our penultimate episode of the year, we're getting into the holiday spirit by revisiting the "it" toys of our childhood.

What were some all time favorite toys we got as kids? Furby, a bike, and American Girl dolls!

Tamagotchi, Polly Pockets, and Beanie Babies were huge so many millennials. Too bad we got scammed on thinking Beanie Babies would be valuable lol.

In our look back, we also pay homage to those toys that were recalled for safety reasons: the Cabbage Patch SnackTime Kid and Sky Dancers. RIP you two, you weren't a 90s kid if you didn't get your fingers chomped by the Cabbage Patch SnackTime kid, or hit in the face by a Sky Dancer.

What crazy lengths did parents go to to acquire the "it" toy of the year pre-internet?

Healing our inner child: what gift would we get for our younger selves that we never got?

This week's recommendations are very timely! Hit your nearest holiday pop up bar with friends (Pam), Mighty Patches to address that blemish before you're forced to take a million pics at the holidays (Andrew), and signing up for a 2025 healthcare plan by 12/15 if you don't already have coverage (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Hoping to have a cute first date over the holidays? Look no further! We've got advice, and even share our own stories of going on good dates.

Andrew's first date with Pat was chaperoned, but they got a first date picture out of the deal!

Is it cool or cringe to have a "spot" to take all your first dates?

Don't forget to check out our new merch store, shop.millennialshow.com! We got cute, comfy hoodies, tees, whiskey glasses, and more!

What unique shopping plans do listeners have this holiday season? Laura is trying to decrease her dependence on Amazon, and turned to the #Millennial community for help!

Craft fairs, makers markets, Etsy, environmentally sustainable brands like Good.store and Earth Hero are among some of this year's top contenders!

We didn't miss out on the general feedback or political feedback either!

The #Millennial Confessional is back this week too: is winking at random people weird? Are we giving enough kudos to our postal workers? What to do about bailing on friends?

This week's recommendations will keep you nice and entertained on these cold evenings: 'Everything I Need I Get From You: How Fangirls Created The Internet As We Know It' by Kaitlyn Tiffany (Pam), Azul (Andrew), and 'DanDaDan' on Netflix (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Is gift giving necessary to enjoy this time of year? No. Do people still find a way to create drama around it? Yes.

There's always that person who ruins Secret Santa and White Elephant for everyone by not being thoughtful with their gift!

Pam gives a spoiler free review of 'Wicked,' and we opine on whether or not singing in movie theaters is acceptable...

We've got some top notch recommendations for every gift giving category! Self-care, Smart Home, Household Goods, Experiences, and more!

We decide on what passive aggressive gifts we'd get for EACH OTHER. Pam totally slays and Andrew is kinda triggered.

Who doesn't love a good gag gift? (And who wants to bet Andrew is going to get Laura a passive aggressive knock knock pad to keep up with Slack messages?

Our Patrons deliver as usual and make their own gifting recommendations based on things they've bought and loved in the last year!

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

"Wow Pam way to make my GoldenEye surprise story sound lame!" (Pam is consistently the most thoughtful and wholesome of us.)

  • Andrew is looking forward to his first cruise in the next few weeks, but he's tempted to cancel and instead go on The Villa Vie Residence cruise, a 4-year journey starting next year. Why ever might it be timed for 4 years??

Seriously though, what does going on a 4-year cruise actually accomplish if you're unhappy about politics at home?

No, this isn't a headline from The Onion: satirical magazine The Onion bought Alex Jones' InfoWars and all of its properties at auction. Bankrupt and without his usual grifter influence, Jones and his lackeys at the company that produces the supplements he hawks are crying foul over the sale.

The Onion plans to shut down Infowars and relaunch it with internet humorists, likely to parody the types of extreme right-wing grifters the Alex Jones model inspires.

What could Alex Jones do next - he still has a massive following on his personal social accounts, but his venues are somewhat limited at this point to X and Truth Social.

Andrew has a dramatic announcement: he is departing Twitter after 17 years on the platform. Laura plans to too, but not before Andrew attempts to find some problematic tweets.

Like many, he has migrated to BlueSky after the election, having had enough of Elon's BS.

What to like about BlueSky? It's like Twitter before Twitter became shitty! How long will that last? We're not sure, but we're here to enjoy the ride!

If you've left Twitter recently, know you're not alone: daily usage of the app is down in the US and UK, and many hundreds of thousands have departed since Elon Musk acquired the app.

This week's recommendations are a grab bag: Scrivener (Pam), Christmas Tree Hugger, and 'Arcane' season 2 on Netflix (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark, available on Patreon:

Listener Sonia shares a hilarious Minnesota road rage story in light of last week's After Dark. Thanks Sonia!

Pam explains one of the lastest TikTok movements, 'underconsumptioncore' where influences are trying to get their followers to buy LESS junk online. Great idea, right?

Unfortunately, we are all still easily influenced: we come clean about what we've bought off the TikTok shop, and whether we've been happy or disappointed by what we received.

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real post-mortem election talk!

Running away to nature and self care: how we've spent the last week (or last million years) since the election.

To our friends on the left: WE LOST. SORRY. DON'T GO DOWN THE CONSPIRACY RABBIT HOLE!

Let's toot our own horn: unlike prior generations, millennials are not getting more conservative as we age (take that grandpa!).

Confirmed: Republicans will take the House majority, but we're predicting a slim one, meaning House Speaker Mike Johnson will need to reach across the aisle to cancel out the crazy freedom caucus in his own party if he wants to get anything done.

Get a sneak peak into Trump's cabinet here. What an assortment...

On the west coast, CA Governor Gavin Newsom is attempting to bolster his state against the incoming admin's agenda. But how does the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution factor in here?

Looking forward, how do we peacefully protest this agenda and maintain our sanity? Lead with kindness, pick 1-2 issue areas you really care about and make that your focus.

This week's recommendations are all about self-soothing: Sunrise alarm clock (Pam), Ticket to Ride (Andrew), and outdoor meditation (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

Andrew has a Bumble BFF update and the tea is PIPING hot!

Are millennials and Gen Z angrier drivers than previous generations? We do tend to be whores for the horn!

What are the traffic situations that bring out our road rage? 2/3 of us are definitely bitchy drivers, and as always, Pam is an angel!

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and AHHHHH PRE-ELECTION TALK!

In our last installment before the 2024 US election, we bring the campaign stories that are top of mind to the table.

As per usual, Dems are winning the star power battle... and the GOP got Kid Rock in the national divorce.

Bad Bunny endorsed Harris following reprehensible commentary about Puerto Rico that happened at Trump's 1930's fascist rally at Madison Square Garden. He has over 45 million IG followers, and with large populations of Puerto Ricans in key swing states, this may in fact be an October surprise of the Trump campaign's own doing.

200k people canceled the Washington Post after owner Jeff Bezos killed the editorial board's endorsement of Kamala Harris. Is Bezos hedging his bets just in case Trump wins?

Bezos claims the decision was made to protect the newsroom's credibility, but his efforts to simmer the dissatisfaction of WaPo's readers are falling on deaf ears.

At the same time that Russian disinformation campaigns put out fake, AI created footage of ballots being destroyed in Pennsylvania, real ballots were being burned in Washington state and Oregon.

As expected, Trump and his allies continue to sow the seeds of disinformation and distrust ahead of the election to clear the path for them to contest a result they don't like. What "secret plan" are Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson referring to?

To end our coverage on an empowering note, we recommend watching Michelle Obama bring down the house in Michigan over the weekend.

We won't be releasing a regular episode next Wednesday, but look forward to a BREAKING NEWS style episode release when the victor is called...

This week's recommendations are all on theme: Have 866-OUR-VOTE on speed dial if you have trouble voting this week (Pam), a WaPo tool Andrew found handy before he CANCELED his subscription, and remember to pace yourself and not try to stay up all Election night awaiting results (Laura).

And in this week's installment of After Dark:

One of Andrew's friends ghosted him, and is now looking for new friends in public view. Should Andrew go low or go high here?

Have we ever been broken up with by a friend, only for said friend to want us back?

Pam's friend breakup eventually realized Pam was a real one, and Laura's friendship breakup merges into MuggleSuck territory!

  • The US election is 2 weeks away, and we spotlight the various constitutional amendments and referendums being voted on at the state level: marijuana legalization, abortion protections, ranked choice voting, and more!

We each share what's on our states' ballots, and how we're voting on these amendments! (And Laura reminds you to "look under the hood" on these proposals to better understand how they will actually work.)

Why on earth are there bipartisan efforts to kill open primaries and ranked choice voting in Nevada??

It's only taken over a century, but several states are just now considering taking language about slavery out of their constitutions...

But onto happier subjects: you know we love nostalgia, so we can't pass up the opportunity to talk about 90's Halloween and Spooky Szn culture!

What is our personal relationship to Halloween, and why is Laura so obsessed with murder?

We draw a connection between trick-or-treating and Andrew's fondness for snagging strangers' hotel room service leftovers.

Did 90s parents inspect our Halloween candy mainly as an excuse to sneak in some sweet treats?

Andrew will once again be the most popular house in his neighborhood with full size candy bars, so line up kids!

We've got a slew of entertainment recommendations this week! 'Agatha All Along' on Disney+ (Pam), Ali Wong's 'Single Lady' standup special on Netflix (Laura), and Mario Party Jamboree! (Andrew)

And in this week's installment of After Dark, available on Patreon and Apple Podcasts:

Pam can’t stop thinking about a Whole Foods Cake being emblematic of the state of the economy.

Why have so many fast food restaurants rolled back their introductions of alternative meat products? Laura can't enjoy Del Taco anymore!

Andrew will be rioting at his local Trader Joe's if they do away with his top favorites, so watch out TJs!

  • Welcome to #Millennial, the home of pretend adulting and real body image talk!

We're joined by special guests and fellow podcasters, Cristina and Dana of ‘The Millennial Body Image Project.’

We kick off our interview by getting to know Cristina, Dana, and the work they do as licensed nutritionists

While formally hosts of a nutrition based podcast, the ladies explain to us why they chose to rebrand into a show that solely centers on millennials and body image

Why is the millennial generation disproportionately affected by body image issues, and do millennial men and women deal with this issue differently?

Our guests reveal the biggest actors that impact negative or positive body image today (spoilers: it’s social media, plus a few other things you’ve likely heard about!)

Is it healthy to use Facetune or even TikTok filters to change the way you look? Our panelists’s answers might surprise you!

We wrap up the show by asking our expert guests to give us some important advice: how can we best support friends and family who might be dealing with body image issues?

Recommendations this week include: stocking up on holiday baking supples before the grocery stores raise the prices on you! (Pam) and get your Krabby Patty on by visiting a Krabby Patty Kollab location near you! (Andrew)

And in this week’s installment of After Dark, available on Patreon and Apple Podcasts:

Join Andrew and Pam for a mini Millennial sleepover where we’re giggling and gossiping about our past crushes!

We kick things off by reminiscing over our earliest grade school crushes from childhood

Have either of us ever had a crush on a teacher? Plus, we run through some of our most memorable fictional crushes.
