Sometimes we find ourselves bothered over a situation that is out of our control. We let our fears get the best of us and become overwhelmed by the emotions. By identifying that these situations are only temporary and that it is only a moment in time, we give ourselves permission to accept things as they are and let go of the negative feelings around the situation, remembering that this too shall pass!
