Hardlopen is heerlijk. Klassieke muziek is heerlijk. Met Fit op 4 loop je hard op frisse klassieke muziek. Samen met je running coach Ab Nieuwdorp ga je aan de slag met het Fit op 4-trainingsschema. Drie keer per week een rondje lopen met een mooi einddoel: over 9 weken kan je 30 minuten non-stop hardlopen! Tijdens de trainingen geeft Ab je niet alleen loopinstructies, maar voorziet hij je ook van informatiesnacks: smakelijke weetjes over de muziek waarop je loopt. Trek je hardloopschoenen aan, doe je oordopjes in en loop je kwiek op klassiek!
Het Fit op 4-hardloopschema is met zorg samengesteld in samenwerking met een gerenommeerde sportarts.
Sporten is gezond. Toch is er een kans op lichamelijke problemen tijdens het sporten. Ten eerste zijn dit klachten die mogelijk op een hartprobleem wijzen, zoals een drukkend gevoel op de borst, hartkloppingen of duizeligheid. Stop dan direct met sporten en bezoek een arts. Daarnaast is er een kans op blessures; met een verantwoorde opbouw van het sporten, is die kans zo klein mogelijk. Bezoek bij aanhoudende klachten een arts of fysiotherapeut. -

Nu heb je geen uitvlucht meer om niet aan dat buikje te werken en om één van de belangrijkste en boeiendste boeken uit de biologie te kennen.
