  • Chronic pain is no joke, and both of us have some experience with it. From arthritis, to cancers, to auto-immune diseases, millions of people are suffering daily. But can mindfulness really help? It can, but likely not without other forms of therapy, whether that is a physical therapy or something prescribed by a doctor.   • Yes, climate change is real. It is a human issue - not a political one. Sadly, there really isn't a lot we can do about huge corporations and what they do to the climate, but we CAN help. In this episode we talk about microplastics, or PFAS, and how we are all impacted and contributing to the problem.
