We (at least I) do not usually have the best concept of the word compassion, however it is vital for our life and for our treatment of others. Allow yourself to sit down and feel uncomfortable with your mistake, with your failure, with your failure, accompany yourself in that moment and try to alleviate the suffering that it causes you. This is compassion, understanding you, accompanying you and forgiving you for your mistakes. And when you are compassionate with yourself, you will be compassionate with others.
