This week, on the All Things ABC Podcast, Noel, Ciaran, Conor, and Ross discuss how ABC is intertwined with GAA and their own backgrounds in GAA.
Noel talks about how his background in GAA played a role in launching ABC. Ciaran mentions how he pretty much grew up with a hurl in his hand and working with the Tipperary Camogie team. Conor and Ross talk about playing for local rivals to Trim as well as how they fare when they play against each other (one insists the other one is 'wild' on the pitch!) as well as Ross talks about working with the Meath ladies when they won an All Ireland and how he got involved with them and all four discussing the impact of Strength & Conditioning in GAA
The lads also give their predictions for the All-Ireland this weekend and discuss whether Cork was hard done by in last weekend's classic final. -

In the first of four parts, Noel his background in GAA, the passing of his Dad, what he learned in Setanta College, lecturing while doing S&C in the evenings part-time to transitioning from teaching to coaching,
He noticed how things were done wrong in the gym and that there was a better way to get results. That led to the concept of ABC—Athletic Body Coaching Gym.
But opening a gym would lead to round-the-clock coaching and stress that would affect his own health and fitness. Which meant he would need help and, in part 2, we'll hear more from Enda... -
