Sepe has been featured on more than 100 magazine covers all over the world, on romance book covers, in hundreds of bodybuilding magazine articles, and on such television programs as Inside Edition, the Late Show with David Letterman, The Howard Stern Show, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and Hard Copy. Sepe was a fitness host for ESPN2 Cold Pizza. Frank appeared in two movies: Carlito’s Way and Shortcut to Happiness. He also hosted a call-in fitness radio show called The Truth on HayHouseradio.com in 2006.
Sepe is a columnist in fitness magazines and has contributed to dozens of magazines such as Good Housekeeping, Cosmopolitan, MuscleMag, and American Health & Fitness. He was the managing editor for magazines AXL, HealthSmart Today, and Healthwatchers. He is the editor and chief of the MET-Rx Fitness Magazine and owned the magazine MAQ -Men’s Athletic Quarterly (www.maqmag.com), which he sold in 2009.
Sepe also is a photographer. He has photographed celebrities, pro athletes, and fitness models. He has shot covers for dozens of magazines and METRX and WW Nutrition ad campaigns. He has published three health & fitness/nutrition books in what became a series based on his first book, The Truth (Hay House, 2004).

Pothead Parent was founded in 2021 by Melissa Fogarty and Derek Fogarty, husband and wife. Family of 4. The company was launched when Melissa and her husband decided to use plants to help people, treating them as medicine or a helpful tool.
Derek Fogarty is a 35-year-old Marine Corps combat Veteran, Entrepreneur, husband and dad of 2 boys. Born and raised inBuffalo, New York. Derek founded this company with his wife Melissa Fogarty back in 2021 after long thoughts about how they could find ways to help the world through the benefits cannabis has to offer. Before all this, he worked in the automotive industry for about 15 years. During that time, he also joined the Marine Corps infantry from 2009–2015. Dj LORD is a key member of Public Enemy and Prophets of Rage, legendary turntablist and multi-genre Dj. His style is a unique combination of precision cuts, lots of bass and unexpected mixes that keep crowds worldwide rocking.
While growing up in Savannah, GA, LORD was exposed to the 80’s Philly Dj scene by a cousin and set his sights on learning the craft. Heavily influenced by industry pioneers he quickly learned key scratches and started incorporating them into his sets. His own style rapidly developed. By 1999, LORD’s expertise as a battle Dj, as well as an all-around performer, was noticed by Professor Griff of Public Enemy, who was looking for a new Dj due to Terminator X’s retirement. A month after meeting, LORD was on Public Enemy’s 40th World Tour. Since joining as a permanent member, he has been an integral part of the group from production to touring. The rest is history.
As a DJ, LORD has done it all. He has performed at everything from world-class events like the Grammy Awards to festivals like Coachella and Glastonbury. He has played at the top clubs in the USA, Asia, Australia and Europe and has numerous battle titles including U.S. Finalist in I.T.F. and DMC. He has even been called the Bruce Lee of turntables. LORD is one of the most versatile DJs in the game. While Dj battles and Hip Hop are the foundation of his career, LORD is widely recognized for his high-energy shows that seamlessly fuse turntablism with impeccable multi-genre music selection leaving crowds screaming for more.
