EP 3 - We spoke to Refik Anadol and Chief Nixiwaka Yawanawa ahead of the unveiling of their Web3 collaboration - Winds of Yawanawa - at Scorpios Mykonos.
The project is a multi-sensory artwork combining 3D data sculptures and digital art generated by AI from the Yawanawa community's cultural heritage. This collaboration aims to preserve and promote Yawanawa culture by integrating indigenous art with real-time weather data from the Amazon rainforest. All proceeds support long-term initiatives for safeguarding Yawanawa lands and culture.
