  • "If you live like most people do, you'll likely end up where most people do."

During our travels, we engaged in a thought-provoking conversation with a fellow traveler who advocated for ‘going with the flow’ as the best way to explore. She preferred not to plan big activities or have a fixed itinerary for the months ahead. This sparked a discussion, prompting us to ponder the age-old question: Is it wiser to embrace spontaneity or live life by design?

The issue, as often is the case, isn't black and white; each approach has its merits and drawbacks. Does going with the flow risk squandering our potential and wasting precious time? On the flip side, does excessive planning and design stifle our freedom and creativity?

In our conversation, we dismantle the notion of living by design rather than default. This implies intentionally choosing your path rather than passively following the easiest route.

But there is a catch: What exactly is your default?

Default may equate to taking the path of least resistance. Yet, can this path lead you to the destinations and connections you truly desire? However, how can your environment be a powerful driving force in your life, even when going with the flow?

Join us as we navigate these intriguing questions and explore the dynamic interplay between spontaneity and intention in the journey of life. 🌍
