Yaglin Medina, The Food Conscious Coach, talks to us about her journey into become more conscious about her health choices which started with the realization that her breast implants were making her extremely sick. According to data from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, in 2020 over 36,000 women elected to get their breast implants removed in a procedure known as an "explant" and Yaglin was one of them.
