  • Think about a person you would do anything for. Why do you feel this way? Well, there’s probably many reasons, but at the top of the list is likely trust. Trust is a complex phenomenon that’s fundamental to our society, but it’s often decided within just seconds of talking to someone. While repeated interactions over time determine our reputation, we sometimes need to build trust quickly, and how we communicate plays a major role in this.
