Winston Connolly, a Cayman Islands-based attorney, is a Senior Partner of ChanceryESG. Mr. Connolly was previously the Director of his own business, prior to which he served as Managing Partner at Lainston and Partner and General Counsel for HighWater. He was also a an independent Member of the Legislative Assembly between 2013 and 2017.

Jared McGill currently lives in Canada. He migrated to Canada in Fall 2017 to complete his undergraduate degree in Business from Trinity Western University. While Jared holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University College of the Cayman Islands, and a Bachelor of Business degree from Trinity Western University, in the near future, he aspires to one day become lawyer.We talk about his time in Canada, the story behind his KY345Merch brand, and he shares some positive thoughts to live by. Jared also volunteers as one of Cayman Connection's regional managers (Canada).

Kamala Murugesu was born a raised in the Cayman Islands and relocated to London in 2015. She has over 10 years of experience working in the legal marketing industry and is currently a Business Development Manager in the London office of Harney Westwood & Riegels.
She was also a host for Gallivantin' in the Cayman Islands, the official YouTube series of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism where she took viewers on the road exploring all that is Cayman.
Kamala joined Cayman Connection UK in 2015 and enjoys connecting with Caymanians in the region and providing support and advice to those considering locating to London.

Ayanda Jones is a current third year undergraduate at the university of Edinburgh, studying International Relations and International Law. As she enters into the final year of her degree she enjoys running the Edinburgh Law Society for non-LLB students and volunteering for the British United World College national committee alongside her studies. As Lead Student Ambassador and Regional Ambassador for Scotland Ayanda is a point of contact for all Regional Student Ambassadors and Caymanian students in her region.

Cayman born and former Miss Teen Cayman Islands, Suahil now resides in Anderson, Indiana with her family. Suahil currently serves as the Financial Controller for Anderson University and is a doctoral student in Higher Education at Ball State University. As Regional Manager for the US (Higher education focused), she is growing the Cayman Connection (US) group.

We talk about the concept of “Cayman-ness", what it is like living in the UK for her new role as Cayman Islands Government Representative, and she shares some practical advice for our listeners who plan to move away from home.
Dr Tasha Ebanks Garcia joined the Cayman Islands Government (CIG) civil service in 2013 as a Deputy Chief Officer in the Ministry of Education, Employment and Gender Affairs and in 2017 was recruited by the Office of the Deputy Governor (Strategic Reforms Implementation Unit) to serve as the Deputy Chief Advisor.
