There is nothing I love more than a juicy steak- and I literally wrote the book on beef. This recipe is great for a skirt steak, but can also be used on other cuts of beef, chicken or pork. You don't need much, but make sure you pick the right cut of beef for maximum beefy flavor.

Skyline Chili is a popular regional cuisine from Cincinnati, Ohio. It's known for its unique preparation and serving style, and it's served at -- you guessed it -- a restaurant called Skyline Chili. It has become a midwestern family favorite, and it's sometimes also called a hot dish or Cincinnati Chili or even Chili Mac.

No box pudding mix will ever compare to a true vanilla custard, thickened and rich-ified (yes I made that word up!) with egg yolks, it is the ultimate in decadence. It can be enjoyed alone, but also used in a myriad of dessert and breakfast pastries, cakes and toppings. The first time making it can be a little tricky, but after you've done it once... it will be second nature. And all of this coming from a lazy baker!

Bring back your childhood with this purple Milkshake called the Grimace Milkshake from McDonald's- only this one doesn't use some powdered berry flavor that I can't pronounce, it uses real frozen berries. So clearly it's healthy.... healthier... than the original. To get the right texture with no big ice chunks, make sure you use a high-powered blender!

Or serve it over homemade mashed potatoes, couscous or mushrooms risotto for a vegetarian meal. There are many ways to customize too- types of mushrooms, tweaks to the sauce base and fresh herbs.

One of the most iconic cocktails recipes on the East Coast, there are some questions about exactly where the Orange Crush drink recipe originated, but we (being Marylanders) are sticking with Ocean City, Maryland. This recipe comes from a good friend, Sarah, who makes the most well-balanced crushes, so much so that we request she bring her restaurant size juicer on vacation to make them!
