Welcome to the second part of the episode focusing on the famous Chinese Medicine doctor Sun Simiao.
NB: This episode is suitable for patients, practitioners and anyone who is interested in learning..
Talking points include:
Sun Simiao also created a framework of virtue for patients of Chinese Medicine. This was done to ensure that the ‘commoner’ living in ancient times could live a healthy happy life.Sun Simiao invented the Happy Wanderer Formula Xiao Yao San.The practices of medicine Sun Simiao started are still being used 1500 years later. This is a testament to how using the patterns of nature and the sun and the moon brings lasting change and creates holistic medicine.Sun Simiao lived to the ripe old age of 141, “desires are needed, emotions are needed,.. just don’t overdo it” Among the 22 original practices he created, Sun Simiao included many specific habits which went into detail about when to bath and wash, and where to buy a house etc. All these habits can contribute to having a harmonious relationship between husband and wife and your partners.Hope you enjoy listening to this episode.
With Love,
CCMS.

Welcome to the first part of a multiple part episode focusing on the famous Chinese Medicine doctor Sun Simiao.
NB: This episode is suitable for patients, practitioners and anyone who is interested in learning..
In this podcast Dr. Bisong explores the standards of virtue that Sun Simiao set for Chinese Medicine Practitioners over 1500 years ago.
Talking points include:
- As a doctor you have the trust of the patients and as such are taking their life into your hands. To be of standard you must have no desire, no thoughts of yourself and absolute focus on helping the patient.
- Humans are not above animals and as such living creatures must be used as a last resort for medicine.
- A doctor of Chinese Medicine doesn't treat just the patient, their role is to balance out the energies of Yin and Yang for the benefit of Society, Earth and the Cosmos.
- And lastly, there is a distinct difference between running a business and being a Classical Chinese Medicine Doctor.
Happy listening and see you soon for part 2.
We have also attached a brief translation of some of Sun Simiao's code of ethics or principles on our Facebook Page below for your reference:

As this routine is based on the principles of Nature, when this practise is followed routinely it can radically shift your health, vitality and approach towards life.

- If you wake up with a headache and or a dry throat in the morning you could be damaging your brain tissue.
- The importance of waking up with the sun and sleeping when the sun sets.
- The benefits of not watching too many movies or playing too many games at night time.
- The Four Times For Health routine is a microcosm of the Four Seasons.

In this episode we explore the defining qualities and mindset of a Classical Chinese Medicine Doctor.
Talking points include:
- Chinese medical doctors take a holistic approach towards life. This includes taking a multitude of factors into account when treating patients, such as different dimensions and the qualities of each individual person.
- The environment we grow up in plays a huge part in our development and can structure how our judgement affects ourselves and others.
- Life is not linear, and by transcending this 3D world you can substantially improve your own health and also help those around you.
- Everything is an opportunity to learn and grow, and no matter your profession or job, or where you come from, everyone has the ability to live in line with the flow and live a peaceful, fulfilling and happy life.
Thanks so much for listening, we hope it serves you well.
Love CCMS.

In this podcast Dr. Bisong touches on the interplay of YinYang in both our own bodies and the cultures of the East and West.
Talking points include:
- In history the East has operated on cultivating invisible principles and the West has focused on cultivating the Physical and Material.
- The fundamental design for Earth is balance. On a global scale this means different societies operating with opposing values is necessary for the world to function.
- Having a birds eye perspective of the Earth and Bigger Picture is also necessary for balance and health inside our own bodies.
- Chinese Medicine is built on the principle of an ecosystem. One thing affects another and the energetic ecosystem will always react to keep the balance. This means every action we take as a part of our own ecosystems will have repercussions on ourselves and the whole.
- The push to develop AI as a solution to our problems comes from reductionist thinking and represents a fundamental misunderstanding about our own psychology, consciousness and how nature operates.
- If humans continue to develop technology without it being virtue based, it will spell disaster for the ecosystem which we all depend on.
- The reason that churches, temples and masters exist is because we have separated our heart, mind and body and have lost contact with this governing ecosystem. This means we have also lost contact with our own bodies ecosystem and believe that the external is different from who we are.
- When you wake up in the morning, drinking water, ginger and honey is a good harmonising way to start you day.
Have a day full of Heart,
Love CCMS.

Hello everyone, in this episode there is a recap on the history of 11 major pandemics from the recent past.
Some talking points include:
- The relationship between the energetics of pandemics and the human unconscious.
- How without exception, in each of these pandemics, societies experienced a shift in power from the state back to the people.
- The notion that civilisations' attitude and state of mind plays a big part in the development and after effects of how pandemics affect society. (This is especially true when examining the attitude of wars, killing, rioting and what they signify)
- How natural disasters accompany pandemics before they begin and or after they occur.
- The importance of looking into our own psychology and realising the deep reasons why we are to blame for the spread of pandemics, and how changing our habits can heal our body and planet.
If you would like to skip the portion detailing the history of past pandemics, this section runs from 6:42 seconds to 27:20 seconds.
We would also like to apologise for the low audio quality as of late. The reason for this is because we are having to conduct these podcasts online while the pandemic is in motion.
Thanks for continuing to listen chinese medicine lovers, see you next time.
