  • Welcome to Season 3 of the Coach Music Podcast. 2020 was a transformational year for so many people around the world facing so much change and new challenges it was a time for us to look inward. Music is such a beautiful way to seek refuge and listening to East Forest was a big part of that for Angus and I - and we thought it was fitting to begin 2021 with this conversation.

East Forest’s music is a bridge between the digital and natural realms. He offers a spiritual yet non-religious pathway through music, his podcast, writing, talks, and retreats.

We spoke about how he found his true calling through music. Why he remains independant and turned down a record deal. Plus his spectacular collaboration with spiritual teacher, Ram Dass.

As a musician I truly believe this episode can provide you inspiration to follow your truth and create from your heart.
