On this episode of Conversation Street, Luke and I go over three bits of automotive news, an out of this world Rolls-Royce Wraith, another recall is issued but this time it is for Lexus and Toyota products, and another news report goes off the rails as Luke lets it out while making an unexpected course change into hot takes because of a controversial hypercar called the SSC Tuatara goes 300+ mph or does it? Apparently not I guess. After that interesting news session, we move on to the appropriate time for hot takes where we talk about a car that is my personal favorite called the Jaguar F-Type and that obviously takes an interesting turn. At the end of the show we had our third guess that car segment with Luke after having a successful winning streak of two times, he unfortunately did not get it after four guesses. Seeing as it is only fair that in the next episode he picks the car that I have to guess in four tries or less.

Note: We are not experts on cars, we are just enthusiasts who happen to have our own radio show. We do this in our free time and the editor works hard to make sure the show runs smoothly. You can listen to our show on the podcast platform of your choice provided it be either Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, and Tune in.

On this episode of Conversation Street, my co-host Luke and I go over three bits of news, there is a massive pothole in the perfect road that Ferrari runs on caused by a recall of their major grand touring model, next we take an in-depth look or at least a closer look at the 2022 GMC Hummer EV pickup truck, and then we talk about an absurd lease deal for a relatively new Bugatti Chiron. Our discussion about the news accidently turned into what can only be described as interesting to say the least as Luke lets it out for the world to hear. After the interesting news session, we had the second "guess that car!" round with Luke and he got it after four tries as well as a bit of laughter. After all of that, I roast our writers for legitimate reason except for our personal enjoyment.

Note: I said during "Guess that car!" that the Lamborghini Aventador has a 7.0L V12 engine but that is not true as the engine is 6.5L which was the same size as the previous flagship model, the Murcielago. The Murcielago has a 6.5L V12 that is over 48 years old as it was first put into the 1963 350GT but the engine was only 3.5L hence the name 350GT. The engine has received upgrades and an increase in size over time. What? You'd really think Lamborghini would sell a car past 1985 with carburetors fitted, that would be nuts especially when the Aventador costs $387k.

On this episode of St. Norbert College's newest radio show, Conversation Street which is all about cars, motorsports, and all things automotive. In this premiere episode, your host Gus will go over four pieces of news, some interesting cars that are in development, some cars that will be leaving the US market, a cheap(-ish) allocation price for an all-electric pickup truck, and an SUV that has more power than what the average consumer deems necessary. Then after all of that, Gus does the first segment now known as "guess that car" where he plays a car sound and you the listener will guess what it is. This one can be heard at your local 1/4 mile dragstrip, parking lot, golf course, or out front of a condo in Florida where someone might be having a mid-life crisis. This was one of the two planned pilot episodes, but only one aired because the show format changed after this episode.
