In this episode of the podcast, I talk about how I spent my time on maternity leave with my daughter. I had a very strict schedule every day to avoid stagnation and laziness. It wasn't easy. I quit my job to fully dedicate myself to music. My wife went to work and I stayed home with my daughter on maternity leave.
MY DAILY PLAN:
(It didn't have to be followed exactly in order; I could exercise more, but not less.)
* 1 hour - 60 bpm workout with the clock on the wall. After ten minutes rhythmic scales and long and short notes. Every ten minutes a change.
* 1 hr - reading literature (autobiographies - Davis, Shostakovich, Tarkovsky, Bergman, ...) 1 hr - English
* 2 hrs - working on emails and booking concerts, approaching filmmakers
* 1 hour - analysis of guitar solos
* 30 min. - string plucking
* 2 hrs - watch a good film, analyse the music
* 1 hour - free playing and improvisationREAD THE DIARY

Maybe some of you have read my Hans Zimmer story. It's an old story about the journey being the destination. My friend Tomaš Mutina sent me an app that can retell my Blog as a conversation between two characters on the radio. I am completely blown away by it. I'm sharing it with you in the form of a podcast. Let me know your thoughts.(The background music is from my project OUMUAMUA, which will be released on December 6)

Low self-esteem, overthinking, sense of responsibility complicate my life. I'm trying to deal with it somehow. More in the podcast.I'll try to advise you on how to deal with it.
