I may be giving the skeptics fuel for the fire today, but we are talking about it anyway!
When you get a reading or energy work done, the practitioner is working in the energy of the moment. Everything you do after that moment begins to shift that energy. Hopefully, you keep shifting the energy in the direction of what it is you are wanting.
But, sometimes the universe gives us exactly what we need to do just that even though in the long run it sort of negates the reading. When we look back at the reading, we can see why a person was given what they were. Had they got the answer that they had wanted, they may have not done the work to actually get it.

Past life regression can be a powerful tool in your spiritual practice, but like anything else you should make sure you are understanding what you are doing and who with. Why do we look for the easy button? A magic wand to fix things quickly. But we all know, it doesn't actually work like that.
I am a huge advocate for spirituality is simple, but it is not necessarily easy.
Doing our soul work is key to our growth and evolution. Our willingness to feel, acknowledge and accept. Then to take what you have learned and do something with it. Healing is a journey, not just a one stop shop. We must be willing to move through the experience of being human and all that it brings.
This is my opinion that I have developed through my almost 2 decades of spiritual work. Take a listen and decide what you feel resonates with you.

This week my guest, Anita will share her knowledge of EFT or emotional Freedom Technique. This is a modality that has worked really well for me to calm the nervous system and remove blocks, so I wanted to share it with you.
