Happy Halloween! It's officially spooky season and with that, the end of David Gordon Green's Halloween trilogy. If you're even here, then you probably already know just how polarizing this film has been for horror fans alike. Nevertheless, Amber and Mike discuss their thoughts on this final battle between good and evil, a battle that has lasted in several forms for the last 44 years.
Also, this is our 44th episode... coincidence?
In commemoration of what will likely be our last episode on the Halloween franchise (at least until another reboot), we would like to dedicate this episode to Donald Pleasence, Debra Hill and Moustapha Akkad. Thank you all for your lasting contributions to this franchise that we love so much. You will never be forgotten.

It's a horror/comedy that is indeed a lot of both, but does it do both well? Take a spooky trip to New Orleans with them and find out for yourself.

Happy Valentine's Day! Just don't throw any parties... or Harry Warden will come for you! Or at least that's what happens in the 1981 cult classic, My Bloody Valentine. Is it deserving of the "classic" status? Or is it just another run-of-the-mill slasher? Amber and Mike dismember it so you don't have to!
-
