Badasses aren’t so busy all day, they have no time to prioritize the health habits that make them feel their bet.
Badasses don’t eat whatever they want and just go for what’s always convenient for them.
Badasses have non negotiables & high standards. They prioritize themselves and their health at a very high level which means breaks are necessary. Slowing down is important. Saying no is vital. Giving yourself space to just be with yourself is needed throughout your day.

The most rewarding part of conquering binge eating isn’t becoming binge freeIt’s about the person you needed to become in order to get there
The version of yourself who was brave and resilient to open up to your husband about binge eating.
Where you let go of any shame & saw yourself as a powerful badass who wasn’t going to let binge eating hold you back in your marriage. But instead, let it open up a portal where you & your husband communicate openly & effectively.
Where vulnerability is normalized & you feel so safe to express exactly how you feel and what’s on your mind
The version of yourself who was resilient AF on the days your urges were extremely strong and you said “this isn’t who I am & you didn’t give in”
On days you felt bloated and you just wanted to say screw it & eat some more to feel better, but you choose to get some fresh air instead.
The version of yourself who never once gave up. When most people quit, you kept going. When most people said “it’s too hard” you showed up even more powerfully for yourself. You went first. You led the way
When most people were stressing over timelines, you took a big deep breath and reminded yourself you’re in this for the long term. You know you’re going to conquer so who gives a flying crappola about WHEN it will happen. It will.
The version of yourself that chose to buy a cute bathing suit online & rock it by the pool on vacation because you respect the body you’re in. You value the woman you are and no longer hide this beautiful, strong, capable body of yours because you have fallen so deeply in love with the person you are
The version of yourself who didn’t settle for less urges but kept showing up until they were completely gone.
The version of you who stopped when you were full, even though you were eating the most insanely delicious burrito. You stopped out of self love knowing it wasn’t worth it to keep eating because you’re committed to this process & no longer get trapped in “just one last time”…
You remember “Every moment matters”
The version of yourself who set boundaries with family even when it was hard because you’re committed to protecting your precious time & energy because your needs matter
The tough conversation you had at work where you chose to speak up for yourself instead of pretending that everything’s fine when you’re swimming in to do lists & projects that are never ending.
The badass woman that YOU chose to become & step into every single day is the most rewarding part of this journey.
That’s what you’ll remember the most. Who you were along the way. Who you needed to be to get here.
So choose to be her everyday. The strong, brave, courageous, unstoppable badass version of yourself
When you focus on WHO you’re being along the way, you’ll take action in alignment with her & therefore be the person who no longer has urges, crazy food thoughts or the eff it mentality.
You’re in this for the long haul. It’s the most important thing for you to conquer. So be her every single day & you’ll have a beautiful journey to look back on & feel so proud of yourself that you never once wavered. You were all in. Fully committed to stepping into the woman you know has always been within you.

You love eating healthy. You love spending time with your family. You’re allowing yourself to eat what you’re craving because you’re no longer restricting yourself.
But it’s annoying that…

You’ve gone a few days or even weeks without bingeing but then your brain starts getting on high alert. “Will this last”, “was that a fluke”... You’ve programmed this into your mind that you can’t be consistent. That you always fall off track. You’ve identified yourself as a binge eater which is why you’re always thinking “this won’t last”.
You need to start normalizing going days & weeks without bingeing. THIS IS YOUR NEW NORM. “Of course this is happening, I am rewiring my brain”. Get excited instead of thinking “is this going to last, I’m probably gonna mess up anyways”.

You’re turning to food when you’re stressed, overwhelmed & anxious because you don’t know how to process your emotions. You’re seeing your emotions as big scary monsters instead of knowing that you have the power to feel through them so they don’t build up and become super intense where you don’t have a choice but to soothe with food. When you know how to process your emotions, you can be stressed at work, sad, bored, feeling anxious & go for a drive, let yourself grieve actually feel through your emotions instead of stuffing them & allowing them to build up over time.

When you’re still obsessing over how you look or focusing way too much on changing your body (which you absolutely can btw)... you still shame yourself for eating certain foods, feel bad taking time off from working out and how you look is always on your mind. And when you’re constantly thinking about how you look, you’re also always thinking about what to eat and what not to eat.
Healing your body image will directly support you in having less food thoughts! And seeing yourself for who you really are, deep down at your core, beyond what’s on your outer shell.

You are able to eat super healthy all day but come the evenings especially after dinner, that's when you’re mindlessly snacking even though you know you’re not even hungry.
This is an important step to work through because you don’t get to actually experience me time in the evenings when you’re eating. You don’t actually decompress, unwind and fill up your own cup which is why you feel exhausted. You wake up the next day frustrated because you know this isn’t the real you.
When you're able to actually unwind in the evenings, fill up your own cup and get a good nights sleep, that's when you show up more powerfully for yourself at work the next day, you have an amazing workout where you feel like a strong badass and can easily have breakfast the moment you feel hunger kick in.CONNECT WITH LORNA:

Once you’ve worked through your urges, you’ll find you’re having less binges but you’re still eating past fullness
And this is where you need to work through the discomfort of stopping when you’re comfortably full. Although it is uncomfortable to eat past fullness there’s also a feeling of discomfort stopping when you’re full because you’re not used to it.
You might even feel sad that you need to stop when you’re comfortably full. But this is where you need to remind yourself that you’re not restricting yourself. This is self love. This is rewiring your brain.

Through years of dieting, you’ve developed strong urges to binge. Continuously acting on your binge urges creates a habit in your brain. The urges you experience is why you feel compelled to go into the pantry to have something sweet even though you’re full from dinner.
So you need to not give into them in order to eliminate them. Every urge you don’t give into, is helping you become less impulsive and eventually your urges will stop popping up.
