  • This week, I'm looking closer at the way in which our body's cycle influences our behaviours and emotions around money.  I'm not a medical professional, but I do have a depth of knowledge and experience in this area and find it fascinating.

Taking control of our finances means understanding all of the pieces that contribute to our habits and actions around our money.

Since Ep. 057: When Your Body Tells You to Spend, I've received a lot of dm's about this topic.  So, in this episode, I'm also including the top questions I've received about money and our cycles.

What I love most about podcasting is providing the most relevant content to you, my listeners.  I take inspiration from our conversations and your questions.  So, let me know what's on your 'money mind'.

DM me @heidirumohr with your questions and reactions to this weeks' episode!

  • I dig DEEP this week into what it means to have an abundant mindset AND the strategies in how to get there.

Keeping an abundant mindset around finances is a journey.  There are times that I need to reset and follow my own strategies.  I believe there is enough money for everyone to have wealth.  My increased financial success does not mean another's person's diminishes.

Listen in for detailed understanding of why mindset drives actions and how I implement

  • Fall is in the air! For me, that means a restart. It's almost like a new year for me.

This week, I share my tips on how to financially capitalize on this very special time of year and the energy shift from summer to fall.

As we near the last quarter of the year, it's a great time to take a look a our financial goals, evaluate our progress, and adjust our goals accordingly.  While redefining our goals, we want to consider if these financial goals still align with how we want to feel.  With those holidays approaching, we'll also want to get those sinking funds going to stay out of that debt cycle.

As always, I share strategies on how to do this.  Remember, I'm always here to help! DM Me @heidirumohr with questions!

  • This week's episode is on a topic that just fascinates me- how our body's monthly cycles impact our spending!  I'm taking all the things I've learned from my friend @meganrempel4 and applied them to what I've observed and experienced with spending money.  Listen in to find out which weeks of the month you're more likely to spend money.

During one week especially, there are three questions I ask myself before I buy something- watch the reel @heidirumohr .  These three questions help me pause and ensure my spending is in alignment with how I want to feel and how I want to be spending my money.

I'm also so very excited to share that my signature course is now available as a group coaching program.  If you've ever had a call with me and just couldn't make the signature course happen, now's the time! DM me for more details! The first group session begins Sept 12- the current members are remarkable women that I can't wait to coach as a group.

  • This week, I get really vulnerable about current life events and my emotions surrounding them.  Some deep reflections revealed that my current cashflow plan does not align with my core desired feelings of feeling energized, calm, and connected.

After reading The Year of Less by Cait Flanders for our community book club, I recognize that the clothes in my closet were bought for the woman I was- these clothes no longer fit me or my daily life.  In fact, these clothes are restricting me from the life I want to live.

So, I'm taking my own advice- I'm investing in the person I am today so I can live the life of my dreams.  Part of that means, buying clothing for the woman I am- in the body I have.  Since my expertise is in cashflow plans, not style, I'll be investing in some time with @katieallenstylist for help.

  • In a recent conversation, my friend and I reflected on the past two years.  There has been so much hardship, fear, and limitations in people's lives.  I was downsized from my corporate job in 2019 which was devastating.  Since then, though, I've been thriving in my business.  There is guilt around this because I know so many other people who have struggled.

This week's episode dives into the three steps that I have used to reduce guilt I have around thriving financially so that I can step into the life that I dream about.

Money is abundant.  When you have more, it doesn't mean that someone else has less.  Listen in to this episode to hear more!

  • Sometimes we can allow the, "If I can't do it perfectly, then I'm not even going to start," mentality to keep us from taking the smallest of steps that will have the biggest of impacts.

If I had stayed in that mindset, this recording wouldn't even have existed! I recorded next to our fish tank- and instead of waiting for the perfect space, I hit record so I could share today's episode with you!

Just as there was power in hitting record, there is so much power in just 10 or 20 dollars.

Listen in as I share with you how impactful it is to utilize 10 dollars effectively!  Check out this compound interest calculator to help your understanding.

  • It's time to move into inspired action.

The last few episodes have built up to manifesting the dream life. The most important part of creating the life of your dreams is to take action.

Recently, I discovered James Clear's Atomic Habits. In this work, he discusses 4 laws of behavioral change. These have been an essential resource in creating change in my own life.

In this episode, I apply the four laws of behavioral change to creating change in your money habits and start taking action towards that life you dream about.

Before you take action, you need the vision! My What Wealthy Woman Do Online Course can help you get there.

  • Last week, I talked about the steps I take to manifesting the life I want.  In case you missed it, check out Ep. 044: 3 Steps to Manifesting Your Dream Life.

In this episode, I'm focused on YOU.  Here are the steps to creating your own manifesting process and begin walking into the life you dream about.

Manifesting is SCIENTIFIC not magic- you are using the power of your brain to take action toward opportunities that align with the life you want to create.

For starters, you need to have a vision of the life you want.  Not sure what that is? Check out my online course: What Wealthy Women Do
