It is outrageous to see obese people promoting this concept of "you have to love the way you are" first is a misconception over here because nobody was born with 20kgs extra than the normal weight and all this extra weight was because of your actions.

[ ] Let's talk about diets and vegetarian or vegan. Eating the same stuff every single day you can call it a diet. Usually, people looking for the perfect diet like a friend that can be there when they need it. It's like you make a mess for 3 years inside of your body and everything is upside down and you realize that you need to make some changes in your life(ex. Having a boyfriend, or girlfriend, being healthy for your kids, bringing back you confidence etc.) And you remember that you have a friend that can help you fast and painless. You contact him and manage the situation. If you are sick(ex. Diabetes) it's normal to have a diet because otherwise, you will die.

Yes, I have to redo this episode. I don't know if you can understand something but the point is that carbs are good and are an important brick in our diet. The main idea is to understand the difference between good and bad carbs and not say "yes but fruits contain sugar as well". I rather see all people around the world eating lots of fruits all day long than eating chocolate bars, candies, sweets etc. Another important thing is to organize your carbs like pasta, potatoes, and rice. Try to have been 3 times more and 2 times more vegetables than the protein and with time to decrease to 2 times and at the same time increase the quantity of the vegetables.
