  • It's been a quiet few days, hasn't it? A teary Alec and Alex are on hand in our penultimate episode to discuss England's agonising loss to Spain in the Euros final and the breaking news that Gareth Southgate has stepped down as Three Lions boss.

We analyse what went wrong for England as they were thoroughly outclassed by Luis de la Fuente's side, before looking back on Southgate's reign as a whole. What legacy does he leave? What are our favourites moments from his tenure? And, crucially, who should replace him?

There's even time to dish out a few Euro Zone awards in recognition of the players who have made the last four weeks in Germany so special...

  • Ollie Watkins, take a bow. The Aston Villa forward's 90th-minute effort means England are in a Euros final for the second consecutive tournament — and Alec, Tomás and Alex couldn't be happier.

We break down that finish, whether we owe Gareth Southgate an apology and some controversial refereeing decisions from that game. There's also a look back at Spain's brilliant semi-final win over France, with debates about whose goal was better out of Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo and whether Kylian Mbappé is becoming a problem for Les Bleus.

It’s a redemption arc for Bukayo Saka as England hold their nerve from the penalty spot against Switzerland. Were the Three Lions worthy of that win, or are they just plain lucky? Who floundered and who flourished in Gareth Southgate’s new system?

  • There's only one name on everybody's lips after Sunday's Euro 2024 action: Jude Bellingham. Who else? Alec, Tomás and Alex discuss the England star's remarkable stoppage-time goal — and his response to critics in the press room afterwards. With the Three Lions through to a quarter-final, can Gareth Southgate take any credit for the dramatic comeback against Slovakia? And how should he tinker with his team for the upcoming tie with Switzerland?

Elsewhere, Spain dazzle with their own 4-1 comeback win against Georgia and Tomás waxes lyrical about their two star wingers. Alex prepares for a trip to Munich for his own last 16 adventure and we preview the rest of the round — with France-Belgium the pick of the bunch.

  • In the last of our Euro 2024 preview pods, Alec, Tomás and Alex look at Groups E and F.

Belgium are expected to breeze through, but could one of Ukraine, Romania or Slovakia take advantage of an open group? Alec thinks Ukraine's young talent might pull them through.

In Group F, it's all about Portugal's attacking stars — led by Cristiano Ronaldo. But will CR7's presence tank his team's chances? Georgia have their own star winger in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Vincenzo Montella is rebuilding his managerial career with Turkey and Alex says it could be a tough tournament for the Czech Republic.

Alex and Tomás are also pitted against each other in a brand new sticker game... who will prevail?

  • In the second of our comprehensive Euro 2024 group previews, Alec, Tomás and Alex discuss Groups C and D.

Alex is worried about England's centre-back options, Alec thinks Denmark are still packed full of talented players and we find out about the Serbia manager's intriguing nickname. There's a lot of love for Slovenia forward Benjamin Sesko, who Tomás says will be in the shop window this summer.

Kylian Mbappé heads up France's stars, but they could be pushed by the Netherlands in Group D — if Ronald Koeman's defensively excellent side can find someone to score the goals. Poland have no problem with that — as long as Robert Lewandowski is playing. Meanwhile, Alec lets us in on an unusual motivational present from Austria coach Ralf Rangnick to his players.
