Has life taken the fast lane lately?
This episode toys with the multiple facets of the idea of "speeding up"- career, success, patience, mindset, ambition etc. We attempt to gain an understanding of why it might be important to decelerate and pause.
I'm accompanied by Pravinya- the teen founder and CEO a small business- self care headquarters, as well as the host of the "Heartfelt Musings" podcast. You can reach her here: NYXTA

As I read through my old journal entries, I realised that so much of who I am today is defined by my 8th grade experiences, and the response I received to my mistakes. In this episode, I reflect on the rollercoaster that my 13th year was.

For me, productivity had been reduced down to a mere ideal, until a recent mindset shift transformed the way I approached every single day. This episode is a guide to how I make my study sessions productive starting from making a to-do list, to sitting down and studying without distractions and at the same time taking adequate breaks. The episode is divided into 5 parts:
PART 1: the mindset (2:30)
PART 2: schedules and finding balance (5:50)
PART 3: social media and other distractions (12:52)
PART 4: sleep (17:04)
PART 5: group study (18:33)
Thank you so much for listening. I would love to hear your take on this, along with your reflections, realizations and most importantly, feedback.

In this episode, we talk about Caitlyn's thought process behind her content, introspection, weirdness and authenticity, comfort zone, perspective, self-talk and routine. Yup, it truly is a conversation that gives a glimpse of it all!

We've all set goals that have wasted away, unaccomplished. I had given up on goal setting, until I found a new way to approach goals. There's a lot to take in, so make sure you grab a paper and pencil or have any form of electronic note-taking ready. In this episode, I talk about the following things:
1. Skill Development Goals + Personality Development Goals
2. a lot of WHY's (why you should know why you're doing something, why you should get to know yourself, how to get to know yourself)
3. Observing, understanding and exploring oneself, being "you", introspection and mindfulness
4. Setting MONTHLY GOALS + how
5. a few ideas...
