In a phishing attack, the adversary tries to manipulate their targetâusually via emailâinto downloading malware or sharing sensitive information with them, such as login credentials or credit card details.

Since the public release of OpenAIâs ChatGPT just over one year agoâand the subsequent release of numerous other generative AI toolsâmany users have embraced the productivity benefits of gen AI and large language models. However, though end user adoption is high, many IT and security leaders share concerns about the use of these technologies in the workplace.
