Everyone should meditate!! Yes even you!! You whose thoughts are going a mile a minute and you have 15 tabs open in your brain (Hello, I understand you! that's me PLENTY of times.) but...
One of the greatest habits I've created for myself to achieve more peace is meditating. It's the best weapon against feeling anxious, negative thoughts, and spirally emotions. The best part? You don't need to do it for 30 minutes or not move. Finding your breathe and connecting to your own awareness is the ONLY requirements to feel amazing. I promise it's easier than you think, and you'll thank yourself big time for doing it. Plus the more you do it the easier it will feel! Start today. Love yourself enough to try this magical tool.
