After nearly four years, it's the last episode (for now?) of Food Fight!, so what better way to celebrate than with tacos and charcuterie? Thank you to all our fans (and superfans) who have listened and laughed — and argued — over the years. We couldn't have done this without you! And keep following us on our socials below cause you never know what the future holds. Well, besides more food...there will always be more food.

An impromptu episode where Kirk's kids, Theo, and Lily, ask for hot wings for lunch, and Kirk agrees....but only if they come on the pod to talk about it.

With Lindsey out on vacation trying to find her true self, Kirk has his son Theodore on the show to talk about sandwiches. Theo, who's spent the last year and a half making sandwiches as a part-time job, is a sandwich expert (he calls himself a "sandwich wizard"...um...okay), who gives us the fine art of creating the perfect sandwich in terms of bread, meats, toppings, and condiments. Then Theo uses all of his "wizardry" to create the ideal sandwich for his dad. Will he fail and disappoint Kirk as he has done most of his life?

Granola is for more than just hippies. It's for people like Kirk and Lindsey, people who can appreciate granola for what it is...a food that is kinda good for you but not really. So the two talk best/worst flavors, crumbly vs. chunky, what dried fruits belong or don't belong, the importance of the chew-chunk theory, and wtf is savory granola.

Whole Foods can seem like an annoying lifestyle...but it's an annoying lifestyle that Kirk and Lindsey are here for! So much so that the two devote an entire episode to it, filled with why they go there, what they get, what they don't get, the love/hate relationship they have with the fact that Amazon owns it, and then the two separately do their own Whole Foods visit, resulting in with one of the biggest surprises in the show's history.

Is there a better snack than jerky? Kirk and Lindsey think not, and that's why they are celebrating all things jerked in this episode. They talk types (how come there's no chicken jerky?), flavors (Dr. Pepper Jalapeño is just sooooo stupid), and they marvel at the fact that certain squirrels actually make their own jerky!

It may seem like a philosophical question, but there is indeed an actual answer to when just a baked potato transforms into a loaded baked potato. And Kirk and Lindsey have that answer! (You're welcome.) They also have the answers to which type of loaded baked potato is the best, as well as a bizarre tale of why Kirk as a teenager once went to prom in Muncie, Indiana with a girl he met in Paris, France. (And yes, that story does have a baked potato theme.)

Kirk invites Lindsey and Kelly over for some whiskey tasting, some charcuterie board eating, some surprise rib consuming, and of course, a lot of dumb questions about whiskey and whiskey drinking.

Kirk and Lindsey like to dabble in the yogurt world, but for the life of them, they can't figure out why yogurt can't just be yogurt. (MAPLE BACON DONUT IS NOT A FLAVOR OF YOGURT THAT SHOULD EVER EXIST.) So the two dive into all the bs flavors that are out there, as well as talk about best/worst add-ins, the nostalgia of certain yogurt brands, why fro yo is just dumb, and why certain bros are so intimidated by eating yogurt that they have to call it, "brogurt."

Seriously, does anyone really care about pretzels? Kirk and Lindsey aren't just being s**tty (well, no more than usual). They seriously want to know. Cause when it comes to pretzels, the two of them give it one big, collective shrug. It's not that they hate them. It's just that they're...well...pretzels.

While Lindsey is STILL on vacay, Kirk invites his son Theodore back onto the pod to talk about famous death row last meals, are they worth eating, what did they get right/wrong, and then father and son give their own death row final meals to see if they matched at all!

While Lindsey is on forced, unpaid, administrative leave (aka, another vacation), Kelly Wallace-Barnhill steps in to talk about a whole hill of beans! They do F Marry Kill with types of beans, play the Elimination Game with bean dishes, argue about the worth of chickpeas, and Kirk tells the tale of how he used to eat his green beans as a kid (it's as weird as you'd imagine).

This week Kirk and Lindsey dunk themselves into a refreshing, tangy bowl of salsa, discussing green vs. red, the best Mexican food to add salsa to, whether is it okay to add salsa to non-Mexican food, the wrong things to dip into your salsa, the excitement of seeing a salsa bar, and why fruit salsa is complete and utter BS.

In 2021, Kirk and Lindsey did a salad episode where they competed on who could create a better salad. Lindsey won...Kirk cheated. When the salad episode was re-released last month, frequent guest and friend of Food Fight! Kelly Wallace-Barnhill listened and lost her damn mind. So to right the wrong, Kirk, Lindsey, and Kelly gathered together so Kirk could create another salad (without cheating) in the hopes to mend fences. (It didn't.)

It's summer and if you aren't eating popsicles, are you even having a summer? Like when else are you eating popsicles? Spring? Meh. Fall? Hard pass. Winter? Just...stop. Popsicles are meant for summer, so that's what Kirk and Lindsey are talking about this week — nostalgic popsicles, bougie popsicles, creamsicles, even...wait for it...pickle popsicles. And out of nowhere, Lindsey's husband Bradley bum rushes the pod to explain the joys of eating popsicles as an adult.

Kirk, Lindsey, friends of Food Fight Kelly Wallace-Barnhill and Jackie Brubaker, Lindsey's husband Bradley, and Kirk's teenage daughter Lily all head to The Lonely Oyster in Echo Park on a Saturday at 1:30 pm for "brunch." This episode took over a year to organize and it is pure chaos.

Remember when we all used to make fun of cottage cheese? It was that thing from the '70s and '80s that was scooped into a melon and eaten by moms everywhere? Not anymore. Thanks to Tik Tok, cottage cheese has gotten a glow up and now all the cool kids are doing it. But are Kirk and Lindsey doing it? Is cottage cheese worth all this new hype, or is it the same stuff we mocked decades ago?

Crepes are wonderful. So why the hell aren't we eating them? Shame on us...shame on us all. This week Kirk and Lindsey dig into what exactly is a crepe, when's the best time to eat them, dumb creperies names, savory vs. sweet, and why America has decided to "Cold Stone Creamery" the concept of a crepe.

You think Kirk and Lindsey have hot food takes? Yeesh! The internet is literally on fire with them, so the two dissect a bunch to see how valid they really are. Takes like:
"If you put nuts in brownies you are an evil person."
"Vanilla is the best flavor of ice cream."
"I love beets because they taste like how dirt smells."
And those aren't even the hottest!
