We discuss the myths, how gyms have changed over time, and how much you should exercise when you're getting older and hitting the period of menopause and menopause.
I talk about feeling old and walking around like an old lady with dodgy knees and whether weight/strength training helps with the bone density loss.
I also ask Charlotte how on earth do you keep people motivated to exercise without wanting to punch you in the face.
Okay, yes, I'm a fast-results girl...I want instant results after one day exercising and still eating a McDonald's. So apparently, you've got to push past the first two to three months !!
Do you have anxiety or stress? Exercise and getting fresh air do help. ..so get your trainers on girl!

This week's episode concentrates on yoga and de-bunking the myths of yoga with guest speaker Sarsha from Yoga Movement Studio. Sarsha is a busy mum whose mission is to bring Yoga to everyone.
We talk about how yoga helps your mental health and can ground you with breathing exercises and being present.
I ask about sagging boobs and if face yoga does work! And who knew yoga is actually exercise.. everyone except me, apparently lol. I thought it was about meditation and putting yourself into dodgy positions and soz just for hippies (90's reference).
Thank you, Sarsha, for the giggles and for showing us how yoga and breathing can slow us down and help in so many ways.

This week's podcast. Well what can I say....
Apparently I have an irrational fear of heights! I think its quite justified being scared of heights, no one wants to die!
Edit; I talk about my completely rational and normal fear of heights, where I epic fail as a mum and crawl across Blackpool viewing tower!
To my husband.....Please stop taking me up tall buildings to overcome my fear...it's not going to work!
Yes I'm blonde, how I get through life I don't know. And yes I really did get a sunburnt face and body on my birthday.....
Oh and oops my engagement proposal is on here too...it includes mosquitos!
Grab a cuppa and have a laugh at some my blunders.
